The staff were friendly and helpful but the 'en suite' room that I stayed in had a bathtub with no shower head and never enough hot water to fill it. The wifi was also extremely slow. The bed was comfortable though and the room was...More
I was there only for one night. The staff were nice and tried to do whatever was in their power to make your stay better. However, they really should tell the people that the beds are numbered and that they have to use their bed...More
Denver is an expensive city. This hostel is a great deal... the price seemed so low compared to everything else in the area that I wondered about what kind of place it would be, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. I stayed in a private...More

Our mattresses are also protected and several other preventative measures as well are used. I take this issue with a great deal of care.
