Very conveniently located in a late 19th century house. The rooms were all different, not cookie cutter. They were extremely comfortable. The staff could not be more accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful with a farm to table feel. On-site free parking. The house was built in 1879 and is on the National Historic Register, but the amenities were modern.

Service is fantastic, people who work there fantastic, gardens beautiful and breakfast the freshest and best we had during our 3 week round trip in the US this summer where we stayed at about 11 different hotels/Inns and B&B’s. Just one thing not so good: we stayed in the garden room and it was damp, dark and very outdated. We felt the bed and linens was clean, and bathroom too, but everything else felt kinda dirty.

We only had two nights in Denver and choose a B&B because 1) We didn't have our kids with us and could stay at a quant place and 2) BREAKFAST. Queen Anne exceeded our expectations. The cook and housekeepers were SO friendly and helpful. The room (we stayed in Tower room) was lovely. They had guidebooks, a fancy water cooler to fill up our bottles, and an easy way to access the building after hours. Breakfast was delicious both mornings - we chose to eat in the garden for our final meal and it was lovely. The only downside was it's about a mile from most of the activities downtown we were interested in - we walked once and took uber/lyft the other times. Highly recommend this B & B.

Best location to explore Denver; in the middle of a neat residential neighborhood - with walking distance to some nice restaurants as well as to the city center. Super friendly host and staff. Delicious, freshly prepared food with ingredients from the own garden and local sources. Spacious, beautifully decorated room (we had suite #1); very clean and light. We loved the veranda in the front of the house facing the park; we loved to sit there and enjoy a coffee or some of the afternoon treats (delicious!) and watch the people in the park. Only point as room for improvement: the shower/tab was quite outdated and did not really fit the standard of the rest of the facilities.

This is a really beautiful B&B, a short walk from the centre of Denver. The young woman at reception was extremely welcoming, which we appreciated having just got off a 10 hour flight. We stayed 2 nights. There is a buffet with local produce - the yoghurt in particular is superb. As the B&B is small, there is a single option for the main breakfast dish. When we were there they were waffles with fruit and then a mixed omelette. Both excellent, and the cook was also very welcoming. You can eat at a communal table - great for sharing tips on what to see - or in the very pretty garden. There is also wine, cheese etc. In the early evening - perfect to round off the day sitting on the porch.
