My friend and I stayed at the Fairlamb House on a business trip. This was my first experience staying at a bed and breakfast and I was a little anxious at first. Then I met Elizabeth and John and I felt right at home. They thought about all of the little details and made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was... More

This house has been loving kept and restored. It is like stepping back to a time when life was slower and gentler somehow. We enjoyed our comfortable room and the delicious breakfasts provided by John and Elizabeth. The very best part of our stay was getting acquainted with Sassy ( sorry John and Elizabeth but I liked her best). The... More

If you want a beautiful, restful, fabulous experience, then this is the place. Our family spent two nights at the Fairlamb and could not have had a better experience. The hosts, Elizabeth and John, made sure everything was perfect. Fabulous breakfast and snacks during the day. Large inviting patio in back to relax and have a drink(also provided). And, a... More

We have stayed at the Fairlamb House every summer for the last three years, and plan on returning again next year. The house is a huge and beautifully decorated brick home, with fantastic Victorian-era furnishings. The three rooms are uniquely decorated, with plenty of room for a couple or a family. This year our children especially loved the room, the... More

This is one of the nicest bed and breakfasts I have ever stayed in. It has been beautifully restored to it's original magnificence. Breakfast was wonderful and the presentation elegant. The hosts are so nice and anticipate every your every need. I definitely will be staying here again!

This historic house is a "Delta Treasure", the inn-keepers Elizabeth and John, welcomed me immediately, gave me a tour, and shared some history of the house. Decorated in beautiful antiques it is charming and well-maintained. From a complimentary hot tub in a lovely landscaped yard to the deep soak tub of the upstairs bath, the eye for detail is apparent.... More

Stayed here one night while in Delta. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home. John and Elizabeth were great host and hostess. Bed was comfy and I slept like a rock. They have wifi, so I was able to get online and get work done while there. Breakfast was awesome - quiche and fruits and juices plus great muffins. Also, there... More

Really cannot explain how wonderful our stay was. We rented all three rooms for a recent family reunion and it was the BEST experience ever because Elizabeth and John could not have made us feel more comfortable and welcomed. The back yard is lovely and there were so many little touches that really made the say especially nice. Food was... More

Last September it was my pleasure to stay at the Fairlamb Bed and Breakfast in Delta, CO. Due to circumstances in my family, it was necessary to spend six days in Delta, and I was very pleased with the accommodations and the service given.
