Hotel room was good. Wonderful bed, quiet atmosphere and friendly staff. Room was clean and neat. They didn't have the AC units that are in the windows which was nice, it is temperature controlled. A few things that could use some improvement, pillows were kinda flat and not very comfortable and towels were scratchy.

We booked rooms in the Midnight Rose hotel next door to the McGills hotel. Both are owned by Triple Crown Casinos. When we arrived in Cripple Creek we were given rooms in the McGills hotel. I don't know why, however I was told that was all that was available. We booked 2 mnts in advance. One room #310 was an... More

The cleaning crew and maintenance crew keep this hotel in excellent condition. The location is great and they have a pretty good restaurant. However, the walls are thin and talking or noisy kids or running water come through as a real annoyance. Check in and check out was handled very professionally. The beds appeared to be newer and very comfy.... More

I spent a few days at this hotel while doing business in the area. The location is in the middle of Cirpple Creek, with a convenient garage in the rear. Check-in was quick and painless. Room was clean and comfortable. There are a number of restaurants within the building so you do not even need to go out to grab... More

Checkin was quick and simple. Finding the room was super easy. First impression: small and clean, decour not too shabby Upon entering the bathroom, 2 things struck me as bizarre Coffee maker in the bathroom Soap dispensers mounted on the shower wall for shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Upon later inspection of the room. No outlets. Anywhere. Hence the coffee maker... More

We spent 1 night in rm 410. Fan noisy, rattling, shut off fan, rattling so loud, woke up twice. Terrible night. Otherwise, room/bed fine. Biggest gripe was that "free stay" promo when you accumulate 250 "base points." After listening to a couple in line ahead us, who were told they didn't accumulate enough points (they actually had over 800), we... More

Firstly, we would like to thank you for your feedback! We sincerely apologize for your experience and would like to take a moment to explain the miscommunication. My husband and I were on our way to Las Vegas and wanted to stay in Crippled Creek. We walked into McGills and got a queen bed for under $60. Check in was quick and painless. It was a clean and comfortable room. We didn't have to go outside into the cold since they have three places to eat inside... More

After losing so much money so quickly at Bronco Billys, I decided to walk across the street and try my luck at McGills. I played several different slots and especially liked the ability to change the denomination of my bet on the machines from $0.25 to $1.00. I did win some, and lost some, but between wins and loses, I... More

We enjoyed our stay here at JP Mcgills. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the view out the window that faced Bennett street. Our hot water wasn't working so we asked the front desk. They were prompt in getting it fixed although the maintenance staff left the bathroom a little dirty. Great location for traveling around Cripple Creek.

We got an offer I the mail that said stay free Monday-Thursday when you get 250 points. The same day as your stay. I checked my card when I got there and there were 180, when I went to bed at least an hour before midnight there were over 500. The room was ok, but I hate getting ripped off... More

Oh no! We're sorry you had this experience. I'd love the chance to help out. Of course Monday-Thursday we offer our players their roomed comped when they earn 250 base points that night. I wonder what went wrong. I'd be more than happy to check it out. Please email me at amerino@triplecrowncasinos.com with your first and last name, as well... More
