We had to make last minute room changes, and the staff could not have been nicer. They even helped us get checked in early. The stay was delightful from start to finish. We had a puppy, 3 adults, and 2 children. The hotel accommodated everyone. The kids loved the breakfast buffet. We loved the location and the staff. The puppy... More

Grand Lodge Crested Butte was a great place to stay after hiking from Aspen to CB. They have a great bar, pool, hot tub, and the morning breakfast was very good. Our room (#371) was more like a suite, with a king bed in large bedroom leading to a living area and kitchen with many windows and a view of... More

Wow, what a great time we had at this hotel! We stopped by the front desk to get some information and Christy Miller, the hotel manager on duty, was fabulous! She was so knowledgeable about the property, the places to see and do in the area and made us feel so welcome and taken care of! The hotel is in... More

The Grand Lodge is located in the heart of a picturesque setting. It is a two minute walk to the ski lifts, adventure park and restaurants. The pool was very nice and the bar staff was very friendly and helpful. I used the fitness room and had it all to myself. My only complaint was that our room was on... More

We stayed here for the weekend. Great location...just a short walk to the lift and fun at the Adventure Park. Also, just a quick walk across the street and you can catch the free shuttle bus into town. It's central to all the great summer activities Crested Butte has to offer. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room... More

The.Grand Lodge is well-located for touring the Crested Butte area in the summer. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food is decent. We arrived late and the restaurant/bar staff made sure we got something to eat before the kitchen closed. The next morning, the front desk staff was very helpful in showing me where the FREE local shuttle runs to Crested... More

We were promised a mountain view and at first were given a second floor view of havc machines. They brought us to the fourth floor and we still had a view of the other wing with no mountain view. When I asked the front desk woman about the view she shrugged and gave me no answer. Pool was great though... More

Visited Crested Butte third weekend in June for a quick mountain get-away with my oldest daughter. We arrived after 10 pm, but were greeted by a very happy, helpful staff. The bell hop very kindly offered to take our mountain bikes and secure them in their bike storage area for the duration of the trip, allowing us 24 hour access... More

Stayed for one night in a king suite, with refrigerator, microwave, stovetop burner, dishwasher, etc. We didn't really use all the amenities since we were only staying for one night - though we did pick up some microwave popcorn from the convenience store across the road. The staff were very friendly. The night we stayed (July 3), there were LOTS... More

Nicely appointed, good service at check-in, ample parking in the crowded mountain resort setting. Clean, well maintained. We had a forth floor corner suite and found it very quiet. Word of advice to summer travelers: all rooms are non air-conditioned. Normally no issue at 9500 plus feet in elevation, but a west view room gets the afternoon sun and has... More
