Great place to stay! Very nice owners. They are very pet friendly. Room is very nice and clean. Great services, awesome free wifi, cable, nice hot cup of coffee and muffin for breakfast. Has a place to wash clothes and dry them you can play pool while your waiting for them to get done, there is also a ice machine in there. The rooms have good ac and heat in them. The hot water and pressure in the shower is amazing. The beds are really comfortable. Best of all is the family that owns it, they are great people, very respectful

We are pet friendly motel. We do charge a 10.00 doller fee for the pets. As also inspect the pet. This also depends on the size of the pet. We are always trying to raise the bar in hospitality. We do have free pool for our guest that like to do there laundry. And offer a little bit to eat while driving our of town. We service our ac and heating units on all the heating units. To have them working at optimal heat. - Our hot water is great at this property. And we are a family owned busniess. Thank you for your genuine review of our beloved motel. We look forward to serving you in the future. Kind regards Joseph K .

We were originally planning on heading right to steamboat but had an accident on the way and were towed into Craig. We ended up staying the night and were helpless without our car. The staff offered every accommodation to help us figure things out. Next time I'm up this way I'll be planning on staying in Craig. Relaxing atmosphere, huge rooms, and remarkable staff.

When I arrived first at the Travelers Inn I noticed right away that the front area was clean and inviting with a few kitties walking around outside with green grass and flowers lighting up the front office. Once inside all who we came in contact with that works there was extremely friendly and helpful, making sure that we had the best service. Every morning they have coffee, muffins, fruit and bagels ready to help get your morning started! You can always see the employees working around the property which is nice to see they care and take pride in their motel. The rooms were clean and set up nicely. They are cozy and inviting, a high recommendation for this motel!

Motel is 40 miles from Steamboat Springs Colorado. Room was clean, linen smelled fresh but very worn, towels clean, hot water for showers, bed comfortable, micro/frig and coffee maker with complementary coffee, wifi worked well, soap, shampoo, hairdryer in room. There is a large gap under door in Room 103 that needs to be fixed. Anything could crawl in. I put a pillow in front of the gap.

James! Thank you! For your kind review. We don't want to be descent we want to thrive for the best. Cleanness is our first rule of thumb. We are managing our housekeeping staff to bring this property to the next level. We have updated the carpet, curtians and in the process of selecting local art. We have ordered new bedding for the new design for the rooms. We have fixed all the thresh holds. And in the process of weatherizing the doors gaps. Thanks for bring this to our attention. We have updated our wifi for higher speeds. We are limited to the internet speeds in rule area. Our IT department is always updated our internet to be faster and more secure. As soon as there are higher speeds we will updated them to the laddest speeds. Thanks for taking the time to write a genuine review of our beloved motel. Also we have cleaned the air condition units inside and out. We have 4 internet connections. So we can have a range of people use the internet. I will pass this information to maintenance. We are doing a test run with a room with the fix of the gap on the permenent bases. This fixs the problem with a plastic piece on the bottom to stop the gap. We do have a band aid fix for the gap. And have fix the problem. But would like to do something thats more industral grade. We are in the process of ordering gap blockers for each room. Just need to pick the best one. But want to do something thats going to be more of a permenant fix. The problem has been fix. But will find a perminent solution to the problem. Kind regards Joe K

I really don't understand the good reviews for this place. We stayed there this past weekend, room 105, and it was not good. First off, the entire motel is run down and looks to be a place where a number of people are living permanently or on a long term basis. Both nights we were there, during the night, the person or persons in the room above us would get up every hour or two and tromp back and forth the entire length of the room several times. It was VERY LOUD. Apparently there is no soundproofing between the first and second floor. The stomping and creaking were terrible. We were woken up each time they did this. We didn't get a good night sleep either night. We had asked for an upstairs room upon arrival and were told that those rooms had not yet been "updated".

Dear Lori. First of all thank you for writing a review of our beloved motel. I advise all of our guest if they are sensitive to noise to stay on the second level. We are in the process of taking to a contractor about the sounds from the second floor. 105 has been recently remodeled, your and A/C / heat unit has been cleaned inside and out. In all of our 42 Suites and Regular rooms. We have also fixed the thresh holds for more of a air tight seal around the doors. We have cemented small cracks on the concrete on the outside. We have long term guests that stay with us. That are associated with the power-plant as its the main driver for the county in Craig. We have put in new shower heads. And also new curtains. And new carpeting on the ground floor. We are in the process of painting all the downstairs rooms. And we updated new beds. Our ceiling do not have cracks in them. This motel was built with structural parts meaning piece by piece. The crack you are talking about is not a crack its a seam from the pieces to build to motel. They do not go each way its a clean L shaped in each room. We have 24 hour security on premisses. I'm sorry you didn't feel like our property was a safe and sounds property. We try to raise the bar on the independent level. As we have exprience with franchies as well. And try to bring the savings to our customers. I'd like to invite you back to a upgraded suite upstair. With a 20% discount on your next stay. I'd like to personally invite you back to our new and improved motel. We are also in the process of updated our T.Vs. Please advice the front desk you would like a room with a flat screen. Kind regards Public relations manager Jose k
