Nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. It was a great stay for a last minute reservation to our destination to Steamboat and we end up saving money staying in Craig instead of Steamboat. I love road trips so didn’t mind the drive in between.

I will definately stay there on my next visit to Craig . Rooms were clean and well appointed, but the free hot breakfast was the best. Couldn't expect a better breakfast and reasonably priced hotel room to boot.

My name is Diane Beasley. I'm the G.M. at the Quality Inn and Suites in Craig. My sincerest apologies. I know that it doesn't do you any good now but I feel horrible about the terrible night you endured at our property. I'm truly sorry that the front desk agent's directions were so confusing. If nothing else he could have provided you with a map of the property which probably would have provided you with all of the information you needed since he failed to do that. I know that we had plenty of rooms available so there is no reason why he could not have moved you to a different room, a quieter room away from the loud unit in the hallway and with a quieter heater/AC unit. As for the pillows they are what is required by Choice standards but I know that if those weren't good enough we could have provided you with better ones. Allow me to apologize also for the lack of interest by my front desk agent upon check out. I'm so embarrassed by this. I can't really tell by your email address what your name is. I'm assuming it was Joanne Doty since the computer shows that that's who was occupying room 263 on the 21st.
