Our hotel room was spacious, with a nice balcony and a very nice shower. We loved our room. We stayed 4 nights and used the fitness center each day. It is a GREAT fitness center compared to a typical hotel. Our only complaint was that the front desk at the fitness center/spa was - depending on who was there - A) indifferent, B) annoyed that a customer was there, or C) very pleasant and helpful. This really needs addressed for a lodge that clearly considers itself (and prices itself) as luxury.

Very strange place. Clearly meant to be the fancy hotel in the under-construction mega complex that is Flying Horse, but it comes off as a modern western-themed bordello kind of vibe. Lots of shiny surfaces and heavy brown furnishings. It's a fancy Embassy Suites with horse art racing around everywhere...super cheap looking elevator, but custom wooden doors on the mini-frig. Four different tile finishes in the enormous (terrific) shower. It's out of the way. Rooms are spacious, hotel is clean, staff was pleasant at check in. Design is so odd it's remarkable.

This place is located in a very nice neighborhood. Rooms are big. View - not great especially with their construction. Internet - SUCKED! Do not stay here if you have business to do. Kind of want my resort fees back. Ladies at checkin - one was okay and one was so nice and down to Earth. Bed was very comfy and the room spacious. Shower was excellent!

We stayed at the Lodge for 4 nights for a company board meeting and to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The AC was not working upon checking in to our rooms and we were eventually moved to other rooms. The internet they provide is less useful that an old dial-up line and was completely not working for much of our stay. This caused problems with our ability to conduct meetings. We also found that most of their employees were new and the service suffered as a result. I would not recommend staying here until these problems are corrected.

Reserved a room online with the Honeymoon Spa Package. Received a confirmation email with instructions to call Spa to confirm service reservation. Since, it was currently after hours, called Spa following morning. Was told all Spa reservations were full and they could not fulfill services promised at time of reservation. Had to cancel entire reservation. How disappointing!! Everyone from Spa to Reservations seemed overly casual about our disappointment. Will never consider this lodge, Spa or golf course in the future. Encourage others to do the same until they are able to provide services they promise upon reservation.
