This place is a dump. For 300.00 a night we had no housekeeping,( we really don't go into the cottages, just find us if you need anything.) no iron, hairdryer, closet or hangers and a porch with a broken screen and filthy! Cobwebs covered every corner. When asked why the porch was so filthy , they said they are trying.... NO one ever... More

We stayed 5 nights and had the best stay of our honeymoon! The staff is incredible and super friendly. They go above and beyond to take care of their guests, whether it be providing homemade treats, having a central location where guests can hang out, or giving wonderful advice when we asked questions about the area. The hotel is super... More

Room was clean, decently appointed, linens nice. As some have mentioned, a little noisy because of highway. The highlights of this inn are the courtyard/garden/public area that is very quiet, the lounge, and the staff. The breakfasts and evening munchies provided by the staff were excellent. Special thanks to Scott, Missa and I think Christa for their gracious efforts! We... More

The place is awesome. Super dog friendly. Good weed and snacks. I recommend a cottage. You can see it in the picture. Nice porch and plenty of space. Will stay here anytime we are in the area. Good food and a very friendly staff and owner

First off, the drive to San Ayre coming in from Denver was amazing. Colorado Springs is in the foothills. The motel has beautiful mountain views in all directions. We weren't sure what to think when we first pulled up as this is an old motel that has been remodeled or is in the process of being remodeled, but we ended... More

All did not start off well with my reservation, in fact there were a couple of bumps in the road. The first was getting a $10 price increase per night above quote once the booking was made. That was adjusted off and they did honor their price quoted. I had asked for 1) a late arrival and 2) a fan... More

The location was disappointing, the part of town where is located is mostly cheap motels and fast food restaurants, a 2 lane highway style road. So the room is located about 20 feet from this busy highway....not quiet and the view from our room (#2) was the Kwiki Car Wash...not the beautiful mountains of Colorado. It did feel like I... More

It's about expectations...we booked this hotel a couple months in advance based on the great reviews. Pros: location is convenient to all the local attractions. Room was nicely furnished and shower head was great. Grounds were nice. Extra parking in back. Cons: this is now a "Bud & Breakfast" much more emphasis on the bud. Spent three nights without any... Where to begin...great view of the peak, great rooms, great grounds, great convenient location, great price, and great people. The current owners took a former, not so great place, polished it up real nice, and made a jem out of it! They are friendly and personable, and truely want you to be happy and comfortable! And we were! This beautiful... More

When we first saw our cottage, we were amazed. This little house was spacious, cute, and had everything we needed. We went to Safeway (directly across the street) and cooked most of our meals there. This saved us a lot of money, so I felt it was worth paying a bit more. It is located on a busy street, but... More
