Staff was friendly and helpful. We got there after hours so information left on the door. Let us register the next day. Met our neighbors because they left before us and we were thinking we had to move in our slide out so they could get out. Great people. Did not like how the Bath House was laid out. Undressing...

If you're looking for a campground with lush green lawns and views to die for, this isn't it. Basically, it's one huge gravel parking lot with hookups. We were show-horned in, but... They are located right off the main drag. They are very close to the Garden of the Gods. They are right in the middle of all kinds of...

The spaces were so close together that I was worried when opening our living room slide. The location was convenient, as we walked to the Garden of the God's Gourmet restaurant...then walked to the shops a few blocks away. It was fine for 1 night, but I might look for something with a little more room for anything longer.

Only our second experience in a RV park, but did not enjoy it. The place was crowded, and the traffic noise was high due to it being on a major road. The area seemed a little sketchy. Free wifi was not much use, too slow. The staff was nice and helpful.

The staff here are extremely nice. If you have an RV with any slides beware. We were parked the very front of their park. No way for us to get a 40' ft. trailer in anywhere else in the park. Parked in the center of our space with the slides out I had to walk under the slides to get...

We stopped in Colorado Springs on our way to Boy Scout camp in Walsenburg. While the location of this RV park is great (close to the Red Rock Open Space, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Cliff Dwellings), it has its shortcomings. 1). Unless you're a sardine, you'll be cramped. I saw several RVs with their awnings hanging over another...

Stay anywhere else. This RV park is a poor excuse for a parking lot. The sites are so close you can shake cans with your neighbor without getting out of your RV. Sardines have more room. There is no space, no grass, no amenities. This business is in a very suspect part of town. We saw many questionable folks wandering...

We checked-in in the afternoon, per instructions and the woman was not very friendly... like it had been a very long day for her already. The bathrooms were not equipped for handicapped people, like myself. Once I got my hands soapy and wet I could not move/grip the faucet handles. And the wireless internet was a joke. My wife and...

Yes, the park is tight but the gravel slips are long. There seem to be several permanent live ins. The cable and wi-fi were good. The parking lot is continuously busy and I think that is due to location. We are passport so our price was ok. It is quiet at night and that is what counts. We would stop here...
