We loved the room, exposed brick, and bathrooms! My husband called down to the desk for assistance and left a message and no one responded!

Nice hotel, funky hall ways and the signage was not fixed yet, so we go turned around a few times. The bell service at front door could be more attentive. Over all the rooms were small, at least the one we had was but it was very efficient. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom and designed well for the space they had...

Thank you so much for staying at The Mining Exchange. Thank you for brining the attention of the signage up. We had a delay at the print shop but all has been updated. We apologize for you getting turned around. We hope to see you again soon!

The hotel has been tastefully restored but I didn't enjoy our time there for a couple of reasons. The room was quite small and the nice decor didn't make up for the limited space. The bathroom arrangement was exceptionally awkward with the sink just outside the bathroom. It was a very tight space with absolutely no counter space or storage...

We are sorry to hear that your stay was disappointing. We are a boutique hotel with 12 different room types. Almost every room is a different layout then the next due to the historic nature of the hotel. Many of the layouts of the rooms were a consideration of the buildings original architecture and to preserve as much as possible...

My recent stay at the Mining Exchange was exactly what I needed. Went there to relax and it was perfect. The staff was amazing. The room was beautifully comfortable. The food was outstanding. The highlight however, had to be my visit to the newly opened spa. I got a terrific pedicure and the best facial I have ever had. I...

This is a beautiful hotel w. Great staff and location. Unfortunately it is pet friendly throughout--according to the smells. The only place wo an odor was the gorgeous lobby. It would be better if pets were limited to one floor of a hotel.

Thank you so much for your kind comments about our staff and location. Yes we are pet friendly and we do charge for this because there is extra cleaning involved. The smell could be a variety of things from age of building, weather, other guests etc. We are extremely vigilante about taking care of any odors with different approaches from...

My entire stay at The Mining Exchange, a Wyndham Grand Hotel, was amazing. We pulled up, the valets took care of everything for us. The concierge was so very helpful. The front desk staff checked us in quickly. The food is some of the best I've ever eaten in my life. The service is beyond what you'd expect. Yes, this...

I am going to start by saying I've been spoiled from the Four Seasons, but happy with VIP service from the Hyatt properties. Value is important and I'm not a snob. Service matters. This downtown hotel, because privately owned, can spare the doldrums of corporate policy and attend to you in a way no other Springs hotel can. The staff...I...

This hotel was beautiful and perfectly located. I loved the double headed shower and the wonderful finishes in the room and bathroom. We walked to breakfast and dinner while we were there and loved being able to do that. The only con I can say was that we werent given directions to the correct parking garage and was almost charged...
