I agree parking can be a challenge, especially with folks that have trailers when the hotel is full... however we do have additional spaces in the rear of the building (granted its a bit inconvenient). Hotel's Favorite
This hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Green Chili Pork that was on the free breakfast buffet was wonderful. This is a good value for the money. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was very comfortable. The bed was especially lovely and the breakfast was good. The only problem we had was that the pool was really cold and that the fitness center needs to be better equipped. Otherwise, our stay was outstanding!

The hotel was in a great location. The beds were comfortable. And the rooms were clean. Staff was friendly Eric greeted us in the Evening. Blanca was super nice and accommodating for the breakfast. Ms Carter was very helpful during the day for any questions we had. My complaint was there really wasn’t hot water. The showers were very cool .

HI Wendy, Than you for your review. We are blessed to have an amazing team and unfortunatley one of our main boilers had a catastrophic failure and is in the process of being replaced. We tried to have it repaired, but the prognosis was a full replacement which takes some time. Jon at the front desk was wonderful and helpful. Our dogs had a wonderful stay and even got cookies upon arrival! Hotel was quiet and clean, in a good location with a nice breakfast. We had dinner at viewpoint which is a great sportswear up the street that had a nice view of the mountain

Very clean, comfortable room with a great AC and bed. Breakfast was delicious, in the top 10 among Best Westerns. Shouts out to Jon at the front desk, and to Blanca, cocinera MUY bien! Only one suggestion: change over from dark curtains to blackout slides. The curtains couldn't quite shut all the way. Even with that, this is a solid 5-star hotel!

Excellent accommations and exceptional service. Location was great close to Garden of yhe Gods. We enjoyed the view of Pike's Peak from our room..Breakfast was standard best western fare, gym was small but adequate. Definitely would stsy here again.

Clean, friendly and affordable hotel. The hotel got the best breakfast option compare to other hotel like Marriott and IHG brand I stayed in close by. The housekeeper are friendly. Will stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. The entire staff were so friendly and helpful. Pillows and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! Perfect location. This property will be our go to whenever we travel to the Springs.
