This hotel is conveniently located off the freeway. However, it is an older hotel that needs an update. Although the rooms were clean, they were so well-worn that they didn't truly feel clean. The grab and go breakfast was good. It was all cold items, but plenty to fill you up for breakfast.

The hotel had a funky odor. The one working employee was overworked and couldn't help everyone. Our room was so GROSS I wouldn't let my kid sleep on the pull-out couch. The bathtub was so filthy we skipped showers the next morning (I wasn't sure if it was blood stains or rust stains and didn't have a lumimal kit to test it). Our sink had hairs in it from a man (I assume) shaving. Shortened my stay and left the next day!

We stayed here for one night on 7-5-2020 and were surprised upon entering our room that we needed to go to the front desk and ask for toilet paper for the bathroom. A big guy sitting on a counter eating a snack and watching Tv jumped off the counter and walked over to a drawer that has rolls in it, handed me one and I said "thanks". He said nothing and went back to his counter to continue what he was doing. The shower liner in the shower was covered in mold around the bottom of it, a wall under a desk had an outlet completely hanging out of the wall and wires hanging out. We didn't have small children with us but looked like it could be enticing enough for a little one to want to investigate. There was a hair in the sink and the chair in the room is so worn that it's torn in a few areas. I took pictures on my phone, took it to the front desk and showed a red headed lady and she said that she would have a manager call me because he was not on the property at the time. No apologies for the filth or my concerns and I figured the manager would call. I just want them to do a better job but I didn't receive any call from anyone. I would never stay here again and the hospitality is not a plus.

I want to start out saying we love Hyatts and have stayed at many. We are a Hyatt member and we have tons of points since we stay at so many and we are one of the highest levels for a Hyatt member. This one is the worst and actually it's the only bad one we have ever stayed at! It is the only Hyatt I have ever not liked. I stayed during the pandemic and I felt this hotel was so dirty! There was hair from a previous guest all in the floor in the bathroom and also near the bathroom door. It was even wrapped around the base of the toilet. The place looked run down and old. With covid being what it is...I felt like this hotel was disgusting. I really thought the hotel would make more of an effort to clean! They do have a grab and go breakfast so you do not have the normal buffet. However, we brought our own breakfast items to eat so we would not have to eat at the hotel. The dark carpet was full of stains. We brought wipes and lysol and cleaned the hotel room. They do not offer maid service during your stay (which I prefer) however we were given 3 towels and one half used roll of toilet paper and just a small amount of kleenex. We had to ask for more of each, which they brought up quickly but I would think they would leave the room well stocked since you don't have maid service. The staff wears mask but only about half the guest wear mask. I wish they required guest to wear them but they don't. Overall, I will NOT stay at this hotel again. There are way better choices and much cleaner hotels.
