First of all, I called for an early check in for 1 PM and the reception said NO. That he has no room available that we have to wait till 2 PM. We waited at the parking lot of the hotel and actually there was only 9 cars, not sure how he has no rooms. Anyways, we checked in and...

I travleded to Colorado Springs to have LASIK accomplished. Upon checking in, the host booked us in a room with minimal sunlight. This was a very caring move as it made a huge difference in recovery following tLASIK. The rooms were great and I will definitely return next time I'm in Colorado Springs!

After spending the week before at a Hyatt in Utah, we figured this location would be comparable.....we were wrong! Every thing about this location was average at best. I cut my foot twice on a screw in the floor, and was very disappointed in the complimentary breakfast.

The rooms are nice. Kitchenette and a sitting area. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is really good for free. You can get an omelette to order. the bed is firm and the pillows are terrible. The location itself is ok (just off 25) however, half of the hotel faces a set of railroad tracks. The train comes through...

Clean and well-kept. Staff helpful overall but they seemed to not want to be here sometimes-didn't smile much. Breakfast good. Omelette made to order. Did not like that I had to request extra towels and washcloths and there were several of us in a suite. Maid ran dishwasher with two dishes in it but hotel has signs everywhere about being...

My husband and I thought that we would get up and enjoy a great breakfast and we were disappointed beyond what we expected. Nowadays there are waffle machines that make great hot waffles that very small motels offer along with bacon and sausage. Hyatt needs to rethink what customers expect from your "brand".

This Hyatt House is one of the best managed properties among the Hyatt House brands. As a member of the Hyatt Gold Passport program, we stay at Hyatt's a LOT of nights during every year. Hyatt House is an unusual brand in that the properties differ depending on the original owner -- some have exterior stairways, some interior corridors, all...

The breakfast is incredible. Each morning they have a variety of food items to eat. Every day they have omelettes made to order. Some days they had strawberry waffles with whip cream. The staff was incredible, every morning a gentleman would come in with And explain what national day it was, for example one day it was national man day...

The hotel is a great place to stay if you are seeking a home away from home. If you are bringing your own electronics to connect to the television, be prepared to purchase additional connectors. The television does not have any HDMI inputs and you cannot modify the settings. The zoom level was so high that I could not see...
