We stayed at the Ranch with another couple in mid-October 2016. We found the property to be lovely and serene. You can go horseback riding and hiking every day. There are two small lakes for fly fishing and canoeing. The sunrises were breathtaking. We went on a cattle drive which was the highlight of our trip. If you are a...

We rented out the entire Ranch for my 60th birthday party (26 people) for 3 nights. It was amazing! Everything at the Ranch exceeded our expectations! We had a few hiccups dealing with the event staff at the main resort but once we arrived at the Ranch itself, the staff could not have been better. Craig and his team were...

A new word in my vocabulary. Glamping = Glamorous camping and this place was a 5 star experience. This was absolutely fabulous . We went hiking, fly fishing, laid in the hammock, and just totally relaxed. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Craig the manager was amazing and always availalble. He loves his job and it shows. Chef Frakes...

This is a very beautiful place to stay in the mountains. The cabins are very nice as is the main lodge. The real gem here is the outdoor setting, mountains, forrest and lakes. This is a great place to fish, ride horses, hike and just hang out. The staff members are very friendly, but could be a bit more consistent.

My wife and I just returned from a 4 night stay August 3rd-7th after a 3 night stay in Vail. Cabin: We stayed in the Pine cabin which is a stand alone cabin facing the small lake next to the Lodge. In my opinion it is the best location of the one room stand alone cabin. There is plenty of...

My husband and I loved our experience at Emerald Valley Ranch. We have been to a guest ranch when our children were young, but wanted a different experience for the 2 of us. We are huge fans of The Broadmoor and thought if the experience was similar it would be a wonderful getaway. About a week before you check in,...

My husband and I arrived at the airport, where we were shuttled to the Broadmoor and then to Emerald Valley. The hand off every step of the way was seamless. Our driver was very knowledgeable so we knew what to expect when we arrived. I have to add that side street that was also very pleasant experience. Once at EVR,...

Beautiful place and very sweet and accommodating staff. Honestly though the cost is not worth it. For what you pay the food is just ok and feels like cafeteria dining. The breakfast is such a small and bland spread. Really expect more from a place like this. The staff is so kind but it seems like they all have many...

We had a fantastic trip to Emerald Valley Ranch. The marketing material and pictures online do not do justice on how beautiful and amazing EVR really is. We did the full gamut of hiking, fishing, horseback riding, archery, kayaking, eating and relaxing. The accommodations and amenities were first class. It was the perfect place to unwind with our family of 6....
