My colleagues and I always stay at this property when we're in Colorado Springs. Taylor Evans, the front office manager, is super friendly and accommodating. On this trip in particular, he gave me a complimentary upgrade to one of the property's new guest suites. The suite was spacious and made for a great four-night stay. The full kitchen, large bathroom, and separate bedroom made it feel like home. The on-site restaurant serves up some pretty decent pizza and the servers and bartenders are friendly and attentive. The drink tickets received during check-in were certainly a plus too! My colleagues and I enjoy staying here because it is conveniently located to major highways and our local office. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the rooms are always spotless. My only criticism is that I find the pillows to be very uncomfortable--they are too flat / squishy for my taste.…

Quiet location, with a comfortable big bed, fresh linen and friendly staff. Plenty of car parking available and close to local restaurants. The breakfast staff were friendly and the cooked selection was tasty.

Very nice accommodations, friendly and personable staff. Nice breakfast selections with a personal omelette - how can you go wrong!! Reasonable rates for holiday travelers. We couldn’t have found a better rate on discount sites - go direct to Best Western!

I travel frequently and stay over 30 nights a year at Best Western hotels, so I am a Diamond elite member and have multiple comparison points to other hotels. This hotel is superior in nearly every way. It’s not perfect but pretty close. The front desk staff are very friendly and professional and set the tone for a great stay. The rooms are exceptionally well laid out with large drawers to put away your clothes and bathroom items. Excellent closet, kitchen, and living room space. The room is designed for comfort from the super comfortable beds and pillows to the soft chairs around the dining room table, and the large and easily functional TVs. Service is exceptional from check-in to breakfast to the cleaning staff. We always look forward to coming to this hotel, both in the summer and fall. The suites with full kitchens and washers and dryers in the room are exceptionally nice, but I also recommend the less expensive rooms with a kitchenette. I have stayed here 4 times in the last 18 months and haven’t had anything but a great experience each time. The lobby has a pizza and Italian restaurant, as well as a bar which is amazingly convenient to come back to after a work day. Breakfast is included and is better than average, although not amazing in variety or quality. It is across the street from a Cheba Hut and Fuzzy’s Tacos and very close to a newer gas station, and IHOP restaurant. Parking is easy with multiple doors for access with your hotel key. Multiple elevators and ice machines as well. Highly recommend! Tips: ask for a room facing away from the highway for a quieter experience. The hotel is not right on the highway and well insulated but it is still quieter facing away from the highway. Parking along the somewhat hidden back side of the building generally gets you closer to an entrance to the hotel near the elevators. …

The staff was very friednly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the room offered all the amenities I needed. The location is perfect to visit all of the attarctions in Springs and Manitou. What was offered for the cost of the room can't be beat.

The hotel and room were very clean and well maintained. We did not have any noise problems, but we stayed on the top floor which helps. Staff was really helpful and courteous. A special thank you to Alexia for all her help. We even stayed an extra night that we had not planned on. The complimentary breakfast was just okay with a decent selection of hot and cold foods and beverages but could have been better if the hot selections were hot or warm. They were served lukewarm at best, and I had to microwave/reheat them in order to enjoy a hot breakfast. I recommend a steam table instead of just using Sterno. Location is well located. Garden of the gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes peak, and many restaurants and stores are only minutes away.

Very good hotel. The bed was extra comfortable, especially important as we spent a week there. Nice size suite with 2 large screen TV's. Hot breakfast served by staff with a variety of self-serve items. One issue, no black tea offered at breakfast. I don't drink coffee, so tea is important for me. Amy and Alexia are excellent. Professional, welcoming and willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues.
