We checked into Great Wolf Lodge at 2pm today for a fun night with our 3 yr old (been planed for months). Got a text saying our room was ready at 10am and we could go to the pool starting at 1pm. $531 dollars to be here one night and we arent allowed to swim (main draw) because they are at "capacity" with a wait list so long we might as well go home. Do you think this possibility was mentioned at booking? Nope. Do you think it was mentioned at checkin? Nope. Do you think there are signs warning about this? Nope. Anything in the rooms? Nope. On any checkin papers you get? Nope. Is it on the website? Nope. Signs in front of pool entrance? Nope. Literally nothing. Do you think they are doing time limits, reservations or anything else so everyone gets a turn? Nope. Know how we found out? We all got suited up and walked down there with a super excited toddler only to get turned away at the door. Toddler is sobbing hysterically. He has been so excited for days then crushed. And unless we are in line tomorrow at the crack of dawn to be first at 9am I doubt we will be able to get in then either before checkout. I am FURIOUS. So $531 to stay here (only way to swim) and you may or may not get to use their pool. I understand COVID restrictions but this is set up horribly!

We had a lot of fun. Swim park was great. Arcade is super fun and they had activities were good. The only downfall was the food at Moose Lodge wasn’t very good at all. The service was good but food wasn’t all. We had so much fun I still Had to give it 5 stars The bartender was super nice and drinks we’re great.

This is notification that, because you decided my family is less worthy than your returning customers; therefore canceling my reservation two days before my planned trip, I will be leaving the most scathing reviews about this hotel's inept customer service on every outlet possible, including social media. And, if you weren't aware, the negative reviews spreads much farther and wider than anything positive that can be said for this establishment. This is my daughter's birthday weekend, she is turning 7. I have been planning this surprise for her since her 6th birthday. Now the surprise, and more importantly her birthday, is ruined because of your incompetence to navigate through Covid-19 , as all other resorts have been capable of doing. The excuse that was given was "this was unforeseen." Really? Even though this pandemic started in March? If you do not have the capability to follow guidelines, again as all other hotels and resorts have managed to do, why do you bother being open at all? To make matters worse, instead of offering some sort of incentive to reschedule in the future, your peon sales reps just offer a pathetic "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." I'm here to say, that is unacceptable. You should not have allowed me to make the reservation to begin with, if you were over capacity. But, I'm sure your greedy CEO just wanted to recoup some of the millions he makes each year and decided to ignore mandates. Your organization is disgusting and your lack of customer service will surely lead to your closure eventually. You do not get to treat people as if they do not matter because you are incompetent. The irony with my reservation is that, as a successful realtor, I had also been organizing several small client appreciation trips for 2021. You would have made thousands of dollars from my business alone. But, your repeat customers, the families that book ONE trip each year, are more important to you. With the thousands of friends I possess and the hundreds of people I network with on a monthly basis, I will ensure each and every one of them know what type of business you run. My claims will not be false, as the truth is unbelievable enough. So, again, thank you for ruining my daughter's birthday. The fact that I had to break her heart and watch her cry when I gave her the news that, the trip I had been secretly planning for her for the past year (because I've been hinting at a surprise trip ever since I booked,) has been canceled because we do not matter. I also had to break the news to her that, because of this last minute notification, there are no other hotels that are available either this weekend. Maybe you should be the one that has to hold her as she cries. You should all be ashamed...

My family and I stayed here for a 3 night stay. There was so much to do. The kids loved the waterpark and the kid's quest. We wish we could have stayed a little longer. The front desk was AMAZING. We had a minor issue with our room at check-in, but the staff resolved it quickly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The only thing I do not recommend is the restaurant inside the hotel, near the lobby. Our food was burnt, but they did not charge us and offered to remake our meal. Again, great staff so I hate to complain but the food just wasn't as tasty as we had hoped. All in all, enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

We stayed during spring break, Monday - Friday. We experienced awesome customer service any time we had to go to the front desk. Esther and Gene were amazing and super helpful. We experienced road closures due to bad weather on our way there but still managed to make it in on time! We have been to the TX and KS locations, this was the first time at the CO location. This is by far our favorite! All of the activities are inside and we had the family pass so we were able to have unlimited bowling, golfing, ropes course and rock wall. Definitely recommed this pass! We spent so much time on these activities, its definitely worth the price. We were so glad that both of our kids (5 and 8) were tall enough to do everything! The staff cleans all items in between guests, we definitely felt safe as far as covid goes too. The water park is smaller than other locations (TX) but we all still had a great time. The only thing we wished it had was a lazy river. Any employee that we encountered was great! We were very impressed and loved our stay. Even though TX is closer to us, we will definitely be back to this one!
