The folks that work there are incredibly friendly and make the stay completely worth it. Unfortunately, the beds in the rooms are terrible. Easily the worst nights sleep I've had at a hotel in quite a few years. The breakfast options are not great. The omelets were great, but any other options were missing. Yogurt should ALWAYS be cold, not just sitting in a cabinet with bread.
We decided to stay based on previous reviews and we are happy we picked this location. Very clean, staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really good, especially the custom omelets. We will absolutely stay here again
Great room bed was fairly comfortable. The omelet they made for me in the morning was amazing. Didn’t have shampoo in the room. That was the only thing that was off. Service was fantastic. The staff was more than happy to help.
We stayed here last year and was so impressed we came back. This visit was not up to par . New owners, pool was closed, rates went up, room had bad odor. Breakfast and staff were the best Part of stay.
I feel that if a company is having financial issues and can't open the pool they should take it off the list of amenities and lower their price accordingly. We booked 4 rooms as a family for a family event and the kids were so looking forward to the swimming pool. There are hotels cheaper and closer to the event but we chose this hotel because of the pool for the kids. We also paid the higher price because the advertised they have a pool. They also need to hire another person to help. One person to work the breakfast making omelets and scrambled eggs while expected to work the desk and phones is just not very customer friendly and very hard on the hard working employee they have. The rooms are clean but so outdated. Our shower did not have a proper floor just a plastic thing. Lots of mold around the shower bottom. No plugs to plug in a cell phone. No closets to hang up your clothes. This hotel has issues but also promise. The owner needs to step up.…
So it is actually 15 miles from Delta but it is the best place to stay if you need to be in Delta. Front desk staff is friendly and welcoming with cookies is the afternoon. The rooms are clean and well stocked with coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Breakfast is fabulous with choice of omelet, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereals, and pastries. Watch for the deer outside of the breakfast room window. Visit Pioneer Town and shop at the local gift shops. Several excellent restaurants in walking distance.
Excellent choice, a very nice room on second floor. Pleasant room for breakfast with made to order omelette for breakfast(!) with much better than average choices. The town itself near Colorado’s Grand Mesa is charming. The one drawback at the Inn is the lack of an elevator.
The staff at this hotel are the best ever. Joya greeted us with a smile and gave us lots of useful information and had hot cookies and popcorn for us. Jen at breakfast made us hot omelets and was very kind. A great breakfast with lots of variety. The rooms were nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again!
Several times i have chosen this motel, all for ski racing trips. Look forward to staying here again during the summer! Gotta say? For a super small town? Stacy and her deeply trained staff absolutely make you feel like you are in Las Vegas or somewhere where Customer Satisfaction is PRIORITY NUMBER ONE! Super Clean, super friendly. Hot Tub and Pool are impeccable for a tiny mountain town. Here's the Deal Maker tho; Stacy herself is cranking out HOMEMADE OMELETTES by 630a!!! Yeah, LIR!?!?! Soooo sweet! Also; Deer chill next to their Horseshoe Throwing and BBQ pit...
Nice hotel. It has been tru a few owners and is for sale now but it has stay nice for a few years. It is clean and the staff is friendly. The pool and hot tub is nice and well kept. The breakfast is great ! They will cook you eggs. Great stay for the price.
