First, we were greeted by the adorable bird in the office, then by Gary's smiling face. After that, we were taken on a tour of the property. Gary was such a wonderful host. We felt extremely welcomed by him, his wife, & staff. They even brought a condolence card for our family (Our family trip was due to the lost...

Very friendly owners and well done, recently remodeled rooms. Certainly a top option in this area. Prices are not cheap, but are fair. Some rooms have two beds with a room divider, making them ideal for family visits.

What a unique little motel ... no detail left undone. The rooms are perfectly detailed with beautiful woodwork, furnishings, & amenities. Very clean. The property offers everything imaginable to have fun & relax. My husband & I loved it & plan to go back for a longer stay this summer. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Cedaredge.

We feel as if we had been visiting family as we parted Cedardge Lodge. But let's start at the beginning: We arrived to be welcomed and directed to room 4 - we were told to get settled and meet them on the deck for dinner. "The deck" was beautifully hand made, comfortably protected (with removable walls) from the cool March...

A hotel is a hotel. Soft beds, fresh sheets, ice buckets shampoo in a 1 oz bottle... you know the deal. Many of us are staying in a hotel as a place to sleep and watch TV (which is usually the case for us, too). However, Cedaredge Lodge is different. Greeted by Gary at 10:30p.m. as we checked in, he...

Our stay at the Cedar Lodge exceeded our expectations. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable -- loved the decor -- and especially loved the bubbling brook outside and the woods. There's a game room and hot tub as well.

Donna and Gary made me feel like an old friend from the moment I arrived until the time I left. This welcoming attitude is reflected in the homely welcome feel of the rooms and the Lodge as a whole. They have clearly given a lot of thought to the inclusions and decorating to give the rooms a quant homely feel....

We stayed overnight at the lodge room 8 after enjoying a concert at the Apple Shed. This was a little getaway to celebrate our anniversary. Room, though small, was "cabinized" with lots of log decor. Super comfy king bed. Had a full kitchen although we didn't use it. Room is small but well-equipped and was what we expected. Donna gave...

We spent three days in the lodge. The property is well maintained and unusual. Plenty of wood and a wonderful creek just outside. Our unit had a small kitchenette. The shower is great but no tub, The room was cool and I would recommend breaking out the comforter for sleep. My wife had no problem with the heat. You can...
