Aweful experience…front desk was amazing but the rest of the experience would be rated 0 out of 5. I was promised a great experience but feel Omni resort delivered an average experience. In retrospect, it would definitely not be my first choice for accommodations. Sorry but true.
Great resort, has all the amenities. Restaurants are open which is a plus during covid. Pools are large with updated pool furniture. Front desk staff was great especially Rachel and Stephanie. Rooms are a little dated but pillows are soft and bed was comfortable.
My son and I stayed here in October during a college visit trip to Boulder. Rather than staying in Boulder we wanted more of a resort with awesome views and golf. This is a beautiful hotel with exceptional amenities. If you golf, I'd HIGHLY recommend playing the course- it's scenic, challenging, and has incredible views. Hotel itself is great too. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was good, we didn't pay to upgrade to a better view, and I kind of wish we dd because the views of the mountains from the rooms are terrific. We liked the workout room and the coffee shop in the lobby was excellent. I'm excited my son is attending CU-Boulder next year so I can stay here and play golf again. Really good hotel- I'd highly recommend it.
I love Omni hotels and have stayed at several in LA, San Antonio, Tucson and New Orleans. This stay was not my favorite compared to the other experiences. First the good: Was able to check in early, lots of free parking and robes in the room was a luxurious treat. Room was tastefully decorated, had a fridge and great sunset view from our room. We didn’t golf so I can’t comment on that. The gym area was fantastic with lots of different workout equipment and standard water but also headphones and apples, that was a nice touch. Pool: The main reason I selected this hotel was for the pools. Our experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The two pools are lovely. The fire pits outside are charming and really add to the evening experience. My biggest complaint with the pool area was there were a lot of people clearly intoxicated and over-served. Some were additionally bringing more alcohol down from their rooms. On vacation I don’t really care that much that others are enjoying themselves and having lots of drinks but the swearing that accompanied it was offensive and made for an atmosphere that was not very family friendly, even though there were many children there. In short, let your guests have all the drinks they want but once they start getting rowdy and annoying other guests it is time to rein it in a bit. They also monopolized the hot tub and the bar making it difficult for anyone else to enjoy them. The not so great: These were mostly trivial but it wouldn’t be an honest review without mentioning. The lock on the bathroom door was broken. No extra Kleenex when we ran out, distracting jumble of cords under the desk that seems easily fixable and a bit tacky. Our light on the nightstand was unplugged so I had to get down on the floor to plug it back in. I know this might not be the hotels fault but a previous guests. Minimal outlets by the beds for charging devices compared to other hotels. The really bad: At checkin I was not informed of the $100 per night extra that is held on your credit card. We were only staying two nights so not a huge deal but if you were staying 5-7 this is definitely something you would want to be told about in advance. This was the fifth hotel of our vacation so I was very familiar with the incidental hold but usually it is about $40 - $150 for the entire stay. This is excessive and we should have been told in advance.…
I can't say enough about the Omni Interlocken Resort! My family and I stay here every opportunity we get when coming to the area. I have to give special recognition to Abigail Emes, the Loyalty Ambassador at Interlocken for the making this trip sensational. From a hand-written greeting card and snacks upon arrival to outstanding room accommodations, she has gone above and beyond to make our visit here go very smoothly. I still have a few days left here, but haven't had any issues with the WiFi as others have previously mentioned. Maybe they have worked things out, but as of yet it has worked fine and I haven't had any issues. The pools and hot tub are a family favorite and the kids enjoy having a lot of space to play. It's nice also with the ample room that kids don't seem to bother others who are there to relax as the two pools allow some separation. Queran, our front desk host was also very friendly upon checking in and was very thorough in explaining the offered amenities. Side note, this location is ideal as it's quick to get to both Denver as well as Boulder and the setting is quiet enough that we even slept with both windows open for our trip. Thanks Omni!…
Beautiful hotel with very clean rooms and nice amenities. The price was great and the food in the pub was FANTASTIC. My only complain was the internet….the service would cut out A LOT and up in the room, it was not connecting more than it was connecting. If this was a work trip, that would have been a deal-breaker. Otherwise, everything was great and we would return.
Beautiful hotel, great food and the staff was TOP SHELF! Yeah, its a resort so its a bit more, but the staff took SUPER care of us during our stay. Was there for a 3 day convention, will be staying there next year (when Mrs says she wants to stay here again, we stay here again).
This worst year we ever had here. Barely any balcony tables. When we did sit down. They gave our food in a to go bag boxed up. We ordered drinks. My friends were ok. I ordered a Diet Coke. It wasn’t even the right color. They ran out of many beers. Then after the get the heck out of here to go trays. They told us they ran out of plastic and have to give us glass. You should have started with that to begin with. Bathroom were dirty and smelled awful. There was no after party music. You couldn’t order food at the pool. We won’t go back to this event. If the hotel doesn’t care. The holiday Inn is so much better than this place.
was in the area for work and stayed here. My room was clean and tidy. There was a "no room service" option, in which they donate $5 per night to a local homeless charity. I chose that. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. It is a tad remote, and I used UBER for almost everything, though there is a free in-house shuttle service (some young dude driving a big SUV). Prices at the in-house restaurant and bar were a bit on the high side.
Stayed 6 nights and received NO cleaning service for room - that means no soap, no toilet paper, no offer to replace towels, nothing. Hotel was even unresponsive when I requested some supplies. I had to go to the conference area restroom on the ground floor to get toilet paper!! This seems uncharacteristic given that this is a nice facility with a great pool area and good setup for small conferences. I have never written a review on trip advisor, but I figure people should know in order to set proper expectations at least as of late July 2022. After writing this, I see 2 similar reviews to the right of this review -- others had no toilet paper, no room service. I have traveled to countless hotels in more than 20 countries and never had this happen.
