Quiet room away from the hot tubs. Yes two hot tubs on the east side. Some rooms border the hot tubs....be sure to ask. The inn did have an elevator. No breakfast in the morning other than cereal and so so coffee. The parking area is a tight fit for larger vehicles. Beds comfortable and clean If you arrive after hours, 6pm, your packet will be left at the front door which can be locked.

This property cancelled MY reservation (despite my requests to the contrary) and then refused to refund my $700! I was directed to Tom (owner) for refund request after cancellation—Tom was extremely rude and unprofessional. He then began a series of stall tactics to refund the money later, later, later: "at the end of the month" in April, "middle of next week" on May 1st, "on Monday, definitely" on May 15th. Both Tom and the property have completely stopped answering or responding to phone calls from me or hotels.com agents, calling repeatedly to request the refund that we are owed and were promised by this property. I will update this review as more information becomes available. At this point, we are over 64 days into this dispute with ZERO recompense from this property or it's owner, CO Realtor Tom Langseth.

This is a very strange place. The accomodations were fine and the location is excellent. Other than that it is weird. We were lucky that a staff member let us in because after that no staff was visible at all! The front door is always locked but manilla envelopes are left outside with the keys to the hotel and the room. Guests come to the door and don't know how to get in. Some were upset. Expect no service of any kind.

We just stayed two nights. It's about a five minute walk (tops!) to the main street. The room was clean and quiet. Be aware there is no AC. It cooled down at night for sleeping. Hot tubs in the back. It was pretty quiet. If you are self-sufficient and seasoned travelers with no need for frills, this is a place for you.

Delightful place, well appointed. Be aware of no A/C. For summertime visits it was very warm. Even w doors/ windows open. No personnel were available at check in or check out but the process worked with envelopes provided for each guest with keys and instructions Would stay again in cooler months.
