If I ever came back to Breckenridge I would stay here again. The condo had everything you would need to stay. The only thing that needed to be changed is having the hot tub opened longer. I know it was summer but would of like to use it but tournament times did not co-inside with the time it was open. Very close to everything. And would recommend you do the train tour while there.

I was honestly surprised at how nice our unit was, as I have never before booked this type of accommodation . There was a satisfying blend of someone else's homey-ness and the comforts of a meticulously cleaned and well turned-around condo rental. I enjoyed the western decor, and my wife enjoyed the carefully placed towels, soaps, etc. We mostly dined at restaurants, but the fully stocked kitchen and working appliances make for easy cooking. It was also nice to have separate rooms and bathrooms with plenty of open living space to hang out. And I didn't even mention that the location is perfect, just a couple blocks from the center of the downtown area with the yellow and black bus lines right across the street, making for easy access to any of the ski lifts, but especially Snowflake, only 1000 feet up the hill.

We just got home from a wonderful week at Breck staying in 13C. From minute one the staff, especially Michael, were all in helping make our week perfect. We had rental car issues, (word of advice, don’t assume the giant suv they give you heads 4 wheel drive). Our only real issue during our stay was that we couldn’t get any of the ESPN channels to work in our condo. Normally not a big issue during a vacation week, but the non-skiing husband has planned on lots of football Bowl watching while the kids and I skied, so it was a concern. The staff did hook us up with the meeting room to watch the Georgia Dawgs destroy Michigan, so that was great and made it all okay. The stations did finally come on day 4. 13C is a nice condo, comfy beds. The master has a king and the second bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, my teenage kids said the mattresses were comfy. Good pillow options on all beds. The condo could use some humidifiers. The air is so dry in Breckenridge which made sleeping difficult. My husband set up bowls of water with fans behind them all over the condo, and we kept the tea kettle steaming on the stove whenever we were there, helped greatly. We all enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, but did wish the condo had some fluffy robes for frozen post hot tub runs back to condo, hard to find the right thing to wear for this activity. The kids and I were dropped off at the Snowflake ski lift each morning by my husband, you can walk up, but with the altitude it’s a tough trek up the road carrying skis and walking in your boots. We skied home each afternoon, not needing to take our skis off until we got to the door of the building. We came in for lunch each day since we were so close and food on the mountain was so expensive and you had to make reservations with the Covid. Most evenings we walked downtown for dinner, which was a five minute walk. Breck is a perfect walking town, lots of cross walks and cleared sidewalks. One recommendation to Pine Ridge would be better clearing of snowy steps. All four members of our party fell down at least one set of outdoor stairs on the property, pretty dangerous.
