Our stay at Grand Timber lodge was great, ski in/out option. Convenience of the shuttle being available , the resort was accommodating and the staff was welcoming and nice. We enjoyed the spa area and the views and we are excited to visit grand timber lodge in the future.

Loved our two bedroom condo! Very spacious and updated. Loved the pools and hot tubs. The washer dryer in the room was very convenient. Kitchen was fully supplied. The only problem was that it was not as "ski in/ski out" as we had expected. For some reason the entire building was so hot. We had the heat turned down as...

Dear Mindy M, We are happy to hear that you loved your family weekend in one of our two bedrooms. With various unit sizes and fully equipped kitchens, we have units sized right for couple’s getaways to larger groups. The facilities at Grand Timber Lodge were also constructed with the cold, winter climate in mind and feature additional sealing and...

Reasonably nice units with walking distance to/from the lifts. (It is not "ski in/ski out.") The buildings are 20 years old, and could use some updating. Actually, could use a complete overhaul. The 1BR units are nice -- but the studios are incredibly cramped -- about half the size of a standard hotel room. The 2BR units are really 1BR...

A true resort, amazing concierge help, programs and the best part about this place was the incredible shuttle drivers that will pick you up anywhere around town - and quick! So helpful. Also great to be able to be so close to the mountain and yet also a short walk to town. We really enjoyed everything about our time here!

Underwhelming service for a ski-in/ski-out facility. Waited for ever for a room, dirty towels in the hallways, and had to request in-room coffee supplies. However, the jacuzzi was very nice and the bartender was awesome. My next trip to Breck will not include another stay at the Grand Timber.

Dear Michael M, I am sorry to hear you did not fully enjoy your time spent with us here at the Grand Timber Lodge. In regards to waiting for the rooms, I am assuming this was during the check-in process. We do try to accommodate early check-in requests as much as possible but unfortunately occasionally this does get extended right...

I had an excellent stay! It was truly ski-in and ski-out. The lockers were very conveniently located. The Hot Tubs were very popular at night and the bars and restaurants were very reasonable. The Staff was very helpful and attentive. Always could grab a nice coffee at the lobby.

This facility is very nice. We were in building 7 which was only a short stroll to the pool, hot tubs, spa lobby and shuttle bus stop. The robes provided at the spa were very nice and provided the right comfort for a trip to/from the hot tubs. There are outdoors gas grills everywhere. The shuttle was super easy and...

Every season there something different and always pleasant. Always nice to just visit and do absolutely nothing but lounge around the pool...

This resort advertises itself as a ski-in / ski-out, but it is not really a ski-out unless there is sufficient new ski to cover the road to the Beaver Run ski lift. Also if you make the mistake of taking the first turn-off for the ski-in, you will end up at the bottom of the Snowflake chair because there is...

Dear Karen E, Thank you for offering your feedback regarding the ski in, ski out access at Grand Timber Lodge.
