Mid-range, Great View
NUMBER OF ROOMS
Rooms are good size, location is good for most things and in particular the ski village. All staff very friendly and helpful. Small bar with restricted hours. Breakfast good. I would stay here again..
We have stayed there for 3 nights and loved the location of this nicely done hotel ( ask for the rooms on the 3 third floor to have an easy access to the pool ( room 360 to 350 ) the breakfast was basic for a Marriott and the shuttle very very convenient . You also have a little kitchen if you want to cook in your room .
We love staying at this Residence Inn - we park our car and don't get back in it until we leave. Restaurants, shops and skiing all within walking distance. Super fun to go sit in Roof top hot tub or pool at end of day. Also like the space in room - plenty of room for our family to relax. This time we had a great view of the mountains. Perfection!
First day of a 15 day stay here and we’re loving it. We’ve traveled from Australia. Arriving was like “happy balm” for us after a long journey. We intuitively knew this is going to be a great vacation. First impressions; great vibe in public areas, nicely appointed art pieces and motivated service minded staff at every touch point - the General Manager and his team are clearly skilled in providing memorable guest experiences. Guest accommodation is well thought out - considerably better than many upscale / upper-upscale properties within Marriott’s 30 + brands. The hotel’s maintenance is excellent. The location is super for guests with no vehicle - an easy few minutes walk to everything. As a 35 year hospitality industry veteran, I’ve experienced many properties around the world. This one ticks more than “all the boxes”. We’re completely delighted with this Courtyard Inn at Breckenridge.…
Stayed over Xmas for a week. Given the high season, overall the stay was OK. Hotel is new. Rooms clean. Service every other day—limited to turndowns which was acceptable. Breakfast buffet was basic but surprisingly good despite the rush was managed well—a real plus I would say! Pool was nice and warm; hot tub got very busy at peak times and had a nice view during the day and dusk. Gym small—very basic. I was concerned about parking—did not have any problems finding space. Bar was a plus—not busy and had a friendly young lady. Food can be ordered and picked up at the bar (but no room service). Easily walkable to Peak9–about 10-12 mins—certainly NOT ski-in/ski-out. Rooms/suites VERY small. Walls paper-thin—you can follow conversation without even trying. Ventilation poor (for kitchen or bathroom). Temperature control lacking...was constantly hot—had to open window but was told that there was a risk of carbon monoxide from “furnace” outside—security came to check for CO levels in the room. Absolutely NO benefits for elites—all treated the same— titanium or otherwise. Marriott/Bonvoy in name only—have no expectations. Some at front desk were clueless and gave conflicting information. Overall OK experience—will not stay there again as there are better choices in town for the same price, amenities and location. …
