Location was absolutely gorgeous, with a swamp and stream and duck pond right there. Lawns to hang out on, trees, quiet neighborhood. Walking paths lead to a bigger river area which is gorgeous too and nice to hang out by. The room itself was a little loud, could hear everything going on in the room next door—meaning the neighbor’s 5am conversation. There’s a rather high pet fee; usually I don’t have to pay the pet fees because my dog is an ESA but they tagged it on as a pet cleaning fee and required that I pay it. At first I was annoyed because it made the room much pricier than I was expecting to pay, but then my dog ran into the swamp and got full of mud and I decided the pet cleaning fee was fair. Overall it’s a really nice place!

We live in this residential neighborhood that is about 15-20 minutes from downtown Boulder. Very safe neighborhood, great for runners; owners are marathoners. Very happy to have a clean comfortable place to stay with kitchen and air conditioning while our hardwood floors were refinished. Do not expect Hyatt/Marriott level finishes or upkeep, but pet friendly, clean, awesome front desk service, walk to Avery Brewing, open space trails across the street. Thank you, Boulder Twin Lakes Inn, grateful to have you in the neighborhood!

Bruce has this place running like a well oiled machine. The rooms are generously large with every accommodation one would expect at a very affordable price. If I am in the area I will definitely be back here. TripAdvisor is asking me to add a picture to my review so please enjoy this picture of a yak named Annie.

My girlfriend and I had an awesome stay here for our vacation. Bruce, The Innkeeper was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves terrifically and we definitely recommend this place, and The Complimentary breakfast made it that much more welcoming!

We just come back from a good stay in this hotel. It's clean, pleasant, we had a friendly room with a nice view. Breakfast was only continental, but ok. It's a bit outside from Boulder but therefore also quieter. No elevator but has only two floors.
