#18 of 23 hotels in Boulder
Recently renovated, very quiet, modern country Inn, located in the heart of Boulder high tech companies, adjacent to a park and lots of trails. Complimentary breakfast buffet, local newspaper, high speed internet, business center, hot tub and athletic club are just few of the amenities. We offer great rates for extended stays and have a communal kitchen for guests and all rooms have refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, plus all utensils and dishes. A great place to stay in Boulder.

My husband and I have visited Boulder every year for the past 3 years and have stayed at the Twin Lakes Inn during our previous 2 visits. The location is amazing and it’s walking distance to the best brewery I’ve ever been to (Avery). My husband and I planned to visit again this year and made a reservation but our plans changed last minute and we were forced to cancel our reservation. The staff was so understanding and waived the fee which they absolutely did not have to do. I am so grateful for their kindness and we are rescheduling our trip for later this summer and can’t wait to stay with them again. We recommend this place to everyone we meet and the updates they have done in the last few years are beautiful.

What a great inn. The owners were amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful with on advice on what to check out and where to eat. The bed was super comfy. The other guests were all just as happy as we were. The trails near there were beautiful. Great playground for the kiddos. Very pet friendly. It was very homey there. Will certainly go back!

Was actually 2017, Rooms smelly and damaged carpet, blinds etc. promised 2 beds but Had 1. Manager not on site ( we called ahead as we knew we would be later, was somewhere between 7 and 9, don’t recall) so had to wait for him to show up and he was somewhat disheveled. Didn’t end up staying and had to spend time on phone with booking. Com to get refund. Couldn’t get cell access in that area which created even more stress.

It’s a no-frills place to stay. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. They have some long-term residents who are paying a monthly rate. I didn’t see many tourists, but I’m sure there are some. You can take some beautiful walks from the hotel. There not much of a lobby and the breakfast was fair.

I was totally suckered by the rating here on Trip Advisor. I was expecting a really nice little hideway. Sure it’s off the beaten path, but for four stars, I could live with that. Instead, this place is a low-quality economy hotel in the middle of nowhere. Yes, it’s clean and it’s serviceable, but there are holes in the walls, the acoustic tile is akilter, and the best thing at the continental breakfast is the instant oatmeal. This gets two stars from me, and at that I’m being generous.
