The rooms were large, nicely decorated, clean & comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. We were lucky enough to book during a great Vail Resorts sale & got this room for a bargain! I'd definitely recommend The Pines Lodge to anyone.

My husband and I just returned home from a two night stay at the Pines Lodge in Beaver Creek. As always, everything was great! We had a wonderful stay. The parking staff, desk staff, and bartenders were great! They were always friendly and very helpful. We look forward to another stay soon.

I took my family to Beaver Creek - to the Pines Lodge - for a 4 night stay over Spring Break. We really enjoyed this hotel. Like the other reviewers, we thought the staff was the highlight of this hotel. From the desk clerk, baggage guys, ski valets, and even the dude in the knit hat making coffee in the...

Dear Todd K, That is an amazing review of The Pines Lodge and thank you for taking the time to read the other reviews too. You touched on everything from our awesome staff, to the irresistible cookies a 3:30pm, the breathtaking views from our Superior and Deluxe rooms and were very detailed throughout. You named a few of the characteristic...

Excellent ambience at The Pines. Not really ski in/ski out, but a short enough walk to the strawberry lift (was a little trying with little ones or if you are new to skiing). Cozy fireplace, great restaurant for dinner, very convenient for breakfast. The rooms are large and have convenient racks for your ski gear. We stayed here 2 years...

Dear RunningOb, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay and your loyalty toward RockResorts! So glad to hear you enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of our small boutique style hotel. Yes, we are a ski in property but our ski out is a short walk,150 yards, to Strawberry Park Lift (Chair 12). For family’s I agree the...

Overall, I'm pleased with our stay here. I can honestly say the biggest "plus" for me was that they serve Starbucks coffee. I like to wake up and have a good cup of coffee waiting. I also think the on-site dining was incredible. They Grouse Mountain Grill has a fantastic staff. That said, I thought the hotel could improve a...

There are lots of nice things about this hotel, but it is not a 5 star hotel. And, if you are looking for a hotel that is the middle of everything or that is an easy walk to the village, this is not the hotel for you. First, the good. The staff is wonderful. When we arrived, our room was...

Dear jscottjoplin, Thank you very much for your valuable feedback. I am disappointed that your stay did not meet all your expectations. Reading your review, I would have to agree, we are not located in the village and we only advertise that we feature ski in access and a short walk out to the slopes/village. I apologize if you were...

Stayed overnight here and had a fantastic experience. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at the Pines and I'm sure we will return. Location: Ski-in is dead on. There is a run that leads you right back to the Pines. Ski-out is a stretch. Yes, there is a trail that leads to the lift but it's either flat or uphill for most of the way so be prepared to...
