I went up to the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek for a business conference and was not anticipating the resort would be such an incredible respite. The staff made every effort to accommodate me. The room and ambiance was amazing.
I just experienced a wonderful stay at The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek with my family! I was there for a site visit of the hotel and rooms as well as to experience the Birds of Prey Ski Race. The room was absolutely perfect for our family. The rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. We were able to enjoy the large balcony in the morning with some coffee as well. The Suite would also be a perfect room for groups to utilize for a hospitality suite, a VIP room and use for board meetings. The property itself is versatile and offers many different options for groups. From the indoor event space with its tall ceilings and natural light to the outdoor lawns and patios. As a family we were able to enjoy the bar area for a lovely happy hour and breakfast in 8100 Mountainside Bar and Grill. Both were exceptional regarding food, beverage and service. They even offer S'mores packets to enjoy at the fire pit outside. I would highly recommend this property both for meetings, groups and leisure!…
The room was luxurious, view amazing, staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. Every detail was considered, so many beautiful spaces and views. Highly recommend. We were here for business, but the trip also coincided with our 30th wedding anniversary - the Hyatt exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the pool, spa, fitness center, restaurants, all were wonderful.
You'd think they'd be slightly more accommodating to guests who are trying to upgrade... however they expect you to leave for several hours while they get your room ready instead of offering any other options for a tired and paying traveler. We eneded up canceling our upgrade due to slow service and lack of empathy. The location is beautiful though.
We stayed here for a work conference, but the hotel looked nice so I brought my spouse and our pups for a little getaway. We had a nice stay! Plenty of places to walk the dogs, very friendly staff who offered lots of treats, and a great bartender in the evening. We enjoyed the outside space facing the mountain - we even got to see a bear nearby! We didn’t get the room we requested (king with Mountain View) - instead we got a room with two very small beds, but we assumed it was because we had dogs and they were only allowed in certain rooms. Overall, very nice stay! We would definitely come back next time we’re in Beaver Creek.
Perfect timing and location for a relaxing trip away. Service was exceptional and personal. Very relaxing, no stress Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The maid service was first class, well worth the $10 daily tip. The smores were a nice surprise.
Aaah, it was a very pleasant stay with stunning views and daily messages from the manager to see if he could make our stay any better. We were spoiled! The room is what you would expect from a hotel in that price range. The bed was very good, we had a nice, big bathroom, and there were blackout curtains. Bathrobes and iron in the closet. The cleanliness of the room and the amenities were superb. The decoration is not geared toward the younger generation but is still okay. We enjoyed the daily refills of our Nespresso pods and there was an excellent coffee machine in the vending area downstairs with complimentary lattes, mochas, etc. Not to forget the extra Keurig in the room for teas. As a hot beverage lover, it sure made me happy. They even upgraded from aspartame to stevia in the rooms, not bad. No parking lot, only valet parking. We were charged $35 a day although the sign said $55/day. It probably depends on the season. We needed our car about twice a day and they brought it up every time fairly quickly (about 5 minutes on average). It's not cheap to stay here and you will need some extra budget on top of the room rate for tips, lift fees, resort fees, etc. This is an incredible resort if you like shopping, a luxury feel, and mountains. We stayed here as a couple and enjoyed one of the five hot tubs every night. There is a spa downstairs, but make sure to check out their price list first. You will receive 5 stars treatment alright. Everybody was friendly, staff and other guests we came across. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant once, and the food was excellent, you could tell they have a good chef. We stayed in one of the last rooms on our floor, a far walk away from the elevators (no kidding, it was quite the hike!), and did not hear any noise from other guests at all the first three nights. During the fourth night, several teenagers or young adults occupied a couple of rooms beside us and made a lot of noise, banging doors and running in the corridor. By 11 pm, we called the front desk and they sent up a lady. She had a talk with the youngsters, who quieted down quickly afterwards; thank you! Whatever she said to them, it worked.…
The hotel is well situated, but felt very old, the bathrooms in the rooms are very old school, all bars in the hotel were closed for the weekend, staff at check-in were always looking at their phones, needs some renos, not the level of service I expect for a $00 a night hotel. Gym and pool were decent.
Terrible loss for the hotel with the spa director named Winnyfred leaving. She could teach a master class on customer service. The hotel front desk could use some training on hospitality. Such a loss for the hotel.
The views from the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort are breathtaking. The golfing was great and the weather of was perfect! The buffets for our convention were delicious. Overall the experience was a fun 5 days!
