The restaurants, spa, and bars are incredible and the location for winter and summer sports and activities are top notch. Shuttle service into the village is very useful and offered on a frequent rotation. I have used the spa on a few occasions and enjoyed each service. The spa pool and relaxation area is highly recommended. The kids room and... More

Still staying on property while writing this review. 4 years ago I was in Vail for conference. We visited this property for lunch and toured this hotel. Wow what a beautiful property! This year, our son wanted to see snow and learn snowboarding so we decided to spend a week here at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch. We checked in on... More

The property was exceptional and the staff equaled the beauty of the property. We were only there for one day and did not ski but I guarantee I will be back soon. Ski in ski out at it finest!!! The friendliness of the staff exceeded my expectations. The new renovations are amazing. The spa is a must and I would... More

We had a great family vacation, it was out first time to Bachelor Gulch. The Spa is amazing, the food is great, and the staff is friendly. Rooms are very comfortable, nice private balcony with beautiful views. There are a lot of activities to do onsite, and nearby.

I know there were people there by the cars, but rarely did we see other people. Just a few rooms share a jacuzzi outside the room. It was always empty. Maybe the timing was just good. There are 4 or 5 floors and because it is set into the mountain, each floor has a sliding door that goes out side... More

I stayed here recently for a wedding and they service is very good. Accommodations were very clean, modern and nice. Stayed on a Friday and enjoyed fire place and live music in the great room. The restaurants and cocktails are pricey, but that is expected at this type of place.

Absolutely stunning hotel with amazing staff and outstanding views. Quite possibly one of the most amazing hotels I have been too! Upon arrival we were upgraded to a residential sweet which was more than we could of ever needed, however turned out to be perfect!

Overall great experience, my wife and I enjoy working out and enjoying the fitness center and spa and typically the fitness center and spa are absolutely the best. I would recommend this property to everyone who enjoys a little luxury in life.

What a joy it was to relax into the comfort of the Ritz Carlton's amazing staff at a beautiful property. The lobby is decorated for Christmas, and it felt so cozy with the fire going when we arrived. Everyone is so friendly and made us feel instantly welcomed. Several members of the staff called us by name throughout our stay... More

Was there recently for a short trip. Only one restaurant open. Service poor, food poor. Spa appointment was mediocre. The ice machine on the floor was inoperable and had to ask the the front desk for ice a couple of times. I left my bathing suit behind by mistake and called to get it the next day but loss services... More
