My husband and I spent just had a wonderful staycation at the Ritz and our experience was perfect! From valet, check in, housekeeping and the restaurant, all were wonderful. The staff is so attentive and treat you as you are the only customer they are helping. Everyone is smiling and is always ready to assist. Our room was beautiful, on the upper floor with an amazing ski area view. It was very clean and spacious. The restaurants and bars are beyond fantastic. We ate in Wyld and Bill's and the outside bars several times and each experience with staff and our food was amazing. They were a big part of making this stay so fun. We cannot wait to return!

The hotel was wonderful; buzzy and fun and the service was excellent and the food/drinks were great and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Couldn't have enjoyed it more. Also the photography concierge took the best photos we have of our family! He was professional and made it fun and got beautiful photos we cherish. thank you!

Very excellent service from start to finish. I’ve continued to travel and stay at Bonvoy properties this year since Covid started and this has been my first stay where I felt the service was truly great and they weren’t making excuses because of Covid. I feel many hotels are using Covid as an excuse to offer substandard service, but that was certainly not the case at the Ritz. It was so good I actually felt normal and had a wonderful time (all the while with the safety protocols in place). Every interaction with the staff was lovely, they do a tremendous job. From the valet, front desk, ski valet, room attendants, waiters, everyone was wonderful. I was so impressed I cancelled an upcoming anniversary trip I had booked at the Westin in Beaver Creek (I haven’t stayed there, so it might be good, I am not sure) and am coming back to the Ritz in February and can’t wait! Of course it is very expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for!

The attention to detail from the moment we arrived to our departing snacks were incredibly thoughtful. Although meals and experiences can be expensive, you get what you pay for and the service was always top notch. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a balcony and fireplace overlooking an amazing mountain landscape. The location is perfect as the resort has a variety of shops and restaurants. Additionally, the shuttle is a quick stop away from Beaver Creek Village. We happened to ski during our stay and everything was seamless from renting gear to jumping on the lift steps away. Lastly, I wanted to share our incredible experience with Photo Concierge - Bachelor Gulch. Photo Concierge was absolutely amazing to work with and captured all of our memorable experiences to share with friends and family. Chris made us feel comfortable during the shoot and was able to capture light and photos better than anything I have ever seen before. He truly captures you, in the moment, as your best self. The slideshow Photo Concierge created was the perfect way to share our most memorable experiences with everyone we love.

I have stayed here several times and hope to come back every year. The building is beautiful and impeccably clean. Service is top-notch. I love the luxurious baths and the bath products smell amazing. The spa is to die for but check the hours. We arrived too late one time. We have dined on premises, but also once took a hotel-provided shuttle to a nearby restaurant one night. Our son enjoyed the s'mores on the patio. We enjoyed a lovely surprise bottle of wine sent up to our room for our anniversary. After a weekend of fresh mountain air and pampering I never want to leave. Seriously. Can I move in?
