Love the mountain and the ease of the ski facilities . Hotel is beautiful, rooms are great and my children LOVE it here. One is a skier and the other a boarder but both love the hotel and the conditions. Thank you for the memories . We wil be back again ad again ,

This is our sixth stay at the hotel and we love it! I love the ski in/ski out convenience. It is so homey yet luxurious. We already booked for next year! It is so convenient to Beaver Creek and staff is so accommodating.

Ski vacation, 9 family, 6 friends. Skiing excellent, staff courteous and very helpful. Spa experience was very good. This is the way a luxury hotel should aspire to be! Above and beyond was the Club experience on the 8th floor. Not a showplace, just comfortable, with good food and drink and a GREAT staff. Daniela Bisterova and her staff were...

Beautiful property, one of only 3 TRUE ski in/out hotels in Beaver Creek. Ski Valet Service take care of everything from boot warming to assisting with all gear. Anything personal or special you need? Club Concierge Ashleigh Castillo arranged last-minute flowers, dinner reservations...EVERYTHING we needed/wanted

This was my first experience at a Ritz Carlton. Overall the stay was great. However, given the price of the room, I would have expected a higher level of service. I guess you're paying for the convenience of being on the mountain and the name.

Visited as part of a corporate trip. Excellent service and amenities. Beautiful rooms, views. Food was excellent and very tasty. Wide menu of activities plus skiing. If you ski, you cannot beat the chairlift being right outside the hotel I do not ski, but even so there was no shortage of activities, such as snowmobiling, dog sledding, fishing, cross country...

What a fantastic weekend and hotel! Convenience and service were top notch! I would highly recommend this destination to anyone looking for a fun weekend of skiing/snowboarding. The mountains are well groomed and lots of fun. The fact that the lift is just steps from the bar and hotel was amazing.

Linens are cheap, rooms are "bare bones", drapes are dingy. If you told me this was a Best Western I would believe it. Bathrooms are nice, but other than that -- this is like a 2-star hotel. Food was good though!

I was there the week of Jan 2-9th, and everything was perfect. The service was impeccable, per usual with ritz standards. However, out of 7 nights, we received only 2 turndown services,,... WHAT??? This is not the caliber of service that the ritz usually provides. Night after night when we would call for fresh towels or more water we would...

Just returned from another wonderful stay @ the Ritz in Bachelor Gulch. It is the perfect ski in, ski out for snow lovers. The resort is set in the most beautiful mountain setting, comfortable yet luxurious. The hotel has multiple dining options (Buffalo is spot on for casual eats, but skip Wyld) and daily/nightly musical entertainment for apres ski. What...
