I have been going to Bachelor Gulch every September for 5 years now. I will continue to go for as long as my daughter lives in Colorado. I go out to visit my adult daughter on her birthday. It just so happens that it is around the same time as the aspens changing color. If you haven't seen the aspens... More

At check in we were told we had been upgraded to the best room at the hotel without even asking. It wasn't the "best room" but it was nice. We had issues that affected the stay: 1. Front desk – We had 2 rooms/reservations and check in was not smooth. We were not told of any amenities (restaurants, bars, pool,... More

The Ritz Carlton ,Bachelor Gulch is perfect ski in ski out winter retreat . Apart from luxury accommodation ,it seems that all of one's needs are taken care of......from a choice of good restaurants, (recommend the Club Level) to equipment concierge . Life is good at this resort ,

Here on business. Took them three times to find me a clean room. Room service order for $50 did not come the way I ordered. Paper thin walls I listened to the couple next door fight all night. And the coffee shop didn't fill up my latte. For the money..I think it should have been better experience. But GREAT views,... More

We had the best experience staying at the Ritz, Bachelor Gulch. Our room was beautiful-great view, very spacious and we had the benefit of the Lounge which we really enjoyed! We would particularly wish to thank Jess, Tony, Eric, Maria and Melinda for making our stay such a memorable one. Thank you all! We hope to come back soon and... More

My first trip to Colorado included 4 days at this resort. The staff goes out of their way to provide superior service. Customer Service is clearly a priority. I stayed on the Club Floor and found the first night a bit noisy but things improved after that. My room had a gas fireplace, balcony and ample work space. Breakfast was... More

The service was great. From the bellman to the waiters...everyone was friendly and followed up on issues. The valet always asked where we were headed and gave great advice (for instance; visiting a "ghost town" off the beaten path in Utah and then a scenic drive down a canyon). The room was HUGE (we received a free upgrade because the... More

I really enjoyed my time at the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch. I can't say enough about the hotel, staff, and amenities. It was my first time staying at this hotel and it's easily in the top 3 best hotels I've ever stayed. Pros: s'mores by the campfire every night, hiking trails within walking distance, outdoor pool, friendly staff, good food, beautiful... More

Summary of the deficiencies and disappointments during our recent stay at this Hotel include`: 1 - Noisy all day and evening, sound is trapped along back side of hotel and bounces all along main backside of hotel. Sitting on your balcony for any length of time is not relaxing. Pop and rock music is played during breakfast and sometimes during... More

We were excited to finally check out the Ritz Carlton at Bachelor's Gulch but did not find the experience to be at the level of other Ritz Carltons'. We were given one of the worst rooms on site, with no balcony and facing a stop stop sign on the bottom floor. When I approached the front desk about possibly switching... More
