My husband and I spent a very relaxing week staying in a 1 bedroom at the Poste Montane in Beaver Creek during early June. While I had read the wonderful reviews prior to exchanging through Interval International, nothing quite prepared me for the excellence of this European-styled vacation lodge. The rooms were spacious, well appointed, and received daily room service. There was a refrigerator and some basic kitchen supplies in the room but no kitchenette - however, the Poste Montane provides a daily hot breakfast with a rotating menu for its guests which obviates the need to do any kind of cooking. That said, the main kitchen with all supplies is available for use by the guests should they wish to cook/ heat up food. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful.…
It's was a pleasure to stay at the Post Montane Lodge. You can't beat the location, room sizes, free breakfast, access to the Hyatt amenities, and friendly staff! With its central location, you only have a short walk to Centennial Lift or Haymeadow Gondola. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!
Hotel location is great to get to Beaver Creek activities/establishments. The room has a real fireplace. Breakfast each morning adds to the value. Staff is friendly and the whole atmosphere is very comfirtable.
Located a few steps away from the grocery store, wine store, restaurants, ski/board rental shops, and lifts. Comfortable, clean, quiet,well-appointed room. Friendly and helpful staff. Well prepared, diverse breakfast food selections, Ski lockers and boot dryers on site. There was nothing not to like. Bottom line: If we ski Beaver Creek in the future, we will stay at Poste Montagne.
I just stayed the past week at the Poste Montane in Beaver Creek. I've been going to Beaver Creak for the past 15 years and this was my first stay. I was happily surprised at what a cozy, well run, and well located hotel this is. The staff were wonderful and the accommodations were great. Would definitely recommend to anyone who values being right at the base of the mountain and is looking for good value in a small hotel setting.
