Wonderful stay last week. Nothing negative to say about the place. Breakfast included daily and staff in the breakfast area were so friendly. Reminded me of a hotel in Europe. Loved the room and the view was a bonus! Will most definitely return in the future. We loved it!!

Planned a week vacation at Beaver Creek, CO and chose to stay at the Poste Montane Lodge. Turned out to be a great choice. It is located right at the base of the ski area, and while we were here during the off season, it provided very easy access, within walking distance, to many restaurants, shops, and hiking/biking trails.
The hotel is very well maintained, the room we stayed in has a nice king size bed, couch, chairs, working wood fireplace, and large walk-in closet. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The room has a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and safe, but no microwave.
They provide a nice complimentary breakfast spread in the morning, usually eggs and bacon/sausage, along with fresh fruits, breads, coffee, hot chocolate, juice, milk, cereals, etc. Similar to what you get at a Holiday Inn Express.
The hotel has two washers and two dryers that are complimentary as well. You just provide the detergent, or buy it from the front desk for $1. They also have an indoor hot tub. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here !

The staff are welcoming and a great resource for dining and activities. We love the complimentary breakfast each morning, as well as the upscale wine and cheese gathering on Tuesdays.
The beds are by far the most comfortable we've stayed in for any recent getaways.
The fact that they include the housekeeping, internet, parking, breakfast and spa in room charges and that he are not paying a "resort fee" like so many properties is inviting.
Currently, they are remodeling the rooms and furniture but Covid has challenged this business for shipment delays. We look forward to seeing the updates with our next stay.

First time in Colorado. Went for a wedding and made a trip out of it. Always wanted to see the Vail/Beaver Creek area. Chose Poste Montane because of location, price, reviews, and website. It did not disappoint. It is a very small, beautiful hotel, among many larger ones. It is centrally located in Beaver Creek. We were on the 4th/top floor next to the elevator, which was a concern, but turned out to be baseless. The room was incredibly quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The walk-in closet is perfectly organized with anything you may need. Plenty of drawers, hanging area, safe, fridge, counter, extra fan, and bedding. Bed was very comfortable and slept great with windows wide open. There is a working fireplace, with wood and matches supplied (didn't use). The shower was great. There is an impressive continental breakfast. I cannot say enough about how thoughtful and clean this property is and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

As owners here for 25 years we have seen many changes at the Poste as well as the Beaver Creek Village. Excellence in service is top notch. The rooms are comfortable and continue to be updated as needed. The daily housekeeping is outstanding. Daily breakfast is appealing to all, fresh fruit, hot oatmeal and an ever changing daily menu. Ralph one of the breakfast servers is top notch. Complimentary laundry washers and dryers great.
Hot tub, sauna and steam available on lower level as well as use from the Spa across the plaza. Adjacent to Blue Moose for pizza or other items , up the stairs to Dusty Boot for happy hour:) As well as many other restaurants within a short walk.
We were there for both Birds of Prey, this year mens first weekend the following weekend womens. The transportation system within the village was great

Great staff, friendly and attentive.
During Covid-19 it has been a challenge to decide staying in a resort. The Poste Montane made us feel safe from the beginning with everything being contactless.
Breakfast service was wonderful, Nima and Martin were delightful as they prepared our breakfast each day. The social distancing was maintained throughout our stay.
Our unit was clean upon check and there was hand sanitizer where you might need it.
The location is the best walking distance to the mountain, right in the heart of the village with shops, restaurants and ice skating.
Parking is within an heated garage that is included in your rate not an additional charge like so many properties.

I love the Poste Montane. Their daily breakfast and housekeeping plus the free laundry room make a stay so worthwhile. The friendly front desk team is wonderful. They greet you coming and going. They always have fresh fruit, tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby!

The location on the Beaver Creek plaza is a plus and guests can use the Hyatt’s pool, hot tubs and exercise facility.

Hello Virginia! I am sorry about the delayed response, but we are delighted for your kind review! We are so fortunate to have such a professional front desk and breakfast team during these tough employee recruiting times. We agree that the Poste Montane has it's own very special charm with it's complimentary breakfast, onsite spa, free laundry room, and perfect location in the heart of Beaver Creek. The access to the Park Hyatt Pool, hot tubs, and fitness facility is so perfect in the Spring and Summer months. We would love to stay with us again as soon as possible! Stay Well, Trinity ~Assistant General Manager

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Great proximity to local area restaurants and shops. The Fitness Center at Exhale, which guests have access to for free, is INCREDIBLE and has an outdoor pool and hot tubs. There is also a hottub and sauna in Post Montane - in a beautiful art de co style. I never shared the hot tub and enjoyed it very much. The only reason I rate 4/5 was my room had some issue of smelling like wood smoke and one night the heater hissed loudly keeping me up. The staff were very friendly and helpful, however, and we got things mostly fixed.

We love the cozy, homey, elegant European Village atmosphere at the Poste Montane and have for over 30 years. The proximity to the restaurants and ski lifts is a nice convenience. We never have to drive once we arrive. The dining rooms triple the living space and add a special feel of comfort and community to meet the other guests.

Free breakfast, parking and in house laundry services. Access to the Hyatt’s (next door) pool (can order drinks and food) and fitness center (awesome facilities).

Friendly staff and incredibly helpful. Rooms had HBO and cable for downtime with kids, small fridge for food and cool mist humidifiers for the dry air and to serve as a fan (no AC in rooms).

The location is great and in close proximity to a small store with everything you need, the activities courtyard, and is at the center of the Beaver Creek village. 5-10 minute walks to several trailheads and lifts.

I highly recommend this place for family and group trips.
