It all started when I called to make our reservation. Scott was so nice on the phone and we had some laughs. When we got there we had a mix up on the room and Scott nicely refunded us the difference. The view from the upstairs deck was gorgeous. Our room was delightful, cozy and clean. We had a fire... More

Updated motel in the Rockies! Located on the South Platte river. The room was big and clean and the owners are nice and helpful, plus the room rate is reasonable. Great view of Mount Evans and there are great hiking trails.

The Bailey Lodge has outstanding customer service! The owner went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute request for a reservation. The Bailey Lodge suites were wonderful, they are beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

I have stayed at the Lodge many many times. Since Scott took over and has been remodeling, the quaint charm of the lodge has been enhanced. The two room suites are spacious and contain great amenities. I love sitting outside in the evening looking at the mountains and the pond filled with wildlife and listening to the rushing stream that... More

My friends and I decided at the last minute to stay in town after a day of snowshoeing. We were given a few suggestions, but were very pleased with our decision to stay at the Bailey Lodge. Scott, one of the owners, set us up in room #12, which was beautifully decorated. The room was very comfortable and perfect for... More

The two-room suite No. 7 is a charming and comfortable place to relax and enjoy a quiet time. We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas day and night there as part of a family gathering elsewhere in the Lodge. Our room is newly remodeled and updated (new carpet, great hot water shower and tub, tasteful Pueblo art on the walls, excellent... More

It can compare with any boutique hotel I have ever stayed in . Better than most. Will go back anytime and take my wife. Price is very reasonable. I have paid a... More

Heck of a deal for the price, I was expecting just a single queen, but there was not just the queen but another seperate bedroom.. It was Thanksgiving day and when we got there I found a note on the door saying my room was ready. Oh and the fireplace in the main room added a cozy touch (functional fireplace.... More

Bailey Lodge was originally a classic dude ranch. It is located in an interesting small mountain town and is perfectly located for any outdoor activity including hiking, mountain biking, sightseeing in the surrounding Pike National Forest access to a number of nearby ski areas, and most particularly to the North Platte River (it is situated on it) a world class... I just spent 3 nights at the Lodge, and it was an absolutely great time! Scott, the owner, was very accommodating and informative about local attractions. There are several local restaurants within 10 minutes that were spectacular. We stayed in the one of the newly renovated rooms, and it was amazing! I would highly recommend this Lodge to friends, and... More
