Enjoyed free coffee, free breakfast, and free snacks. Did I mention free bikes? They made the stay more fun. The location is also amazing, with easy access to walking and biking trails, shops, and restaurants.

Hotel's Favorite
The staff took very good care of us all while remaining cognizant of social distancing. The pool was open, but very few people and everyone stayed at least 10ft apart. We had an upstairs king room (307) and it was perfect for 2. Everything felt clean and safe. The bathroom was lovely with a large step in shower with 2 shower heads. We also enjoyed lounging on the small couch on the deck. We had a fantastic time.

Through this whole covid ordeal we became a little stir crazy being in the house so we planned a trip out to the Napa valley and we could not be happier about our stay at the vintage house. The property was beautiful and even though certain amenities were not available the staff more then made up for it. I believe the young lady's name was Abby that helped us make reservations at some tasting rooms in town and then Cristian took us in their fancy golf cart and even picked us up. He informed us that the hotel didn't offer room service and recommended us to order take out and that he would be more then happy to pick it up and serve it us by the fire place. This was really nice and it was so great that the staff was always so happy and eager to make our stay more enjoyable. Would recommend this property because it is also right in the middle of everything in Yountville.

We have been coming to wine country for years, but had yet to stay in Yountville. While Yountville was precious, we found the Vintage House to be low-quality, especially as the price was comparable to other hotels and resorts in Yountville. With this being the era of Covid-19, we did not find our room to be especially clean. There were cobwebs in the bathroom, uncleaned vents (that didn't look like they had been cleaned for quite some time), and corrosion around the shower knobs. The shower was quite tricky, in that it didn't fully work (it had two rain shower heads). One shower head only trickled and was scalding hot, while the other was barely warm, yet both had to be turned on to work. When I tried to use the hair dryer, it immediately started smoking. I called to ask for one be replaced, and the receptionist (who was at Hotel Vellagio, not at Vintage House) was incredibly rude and said she would put in a request, but didn't know if they'd bring it to me and then hung up the phone. When we found a member of the cleaning staff outside our room, she brought me another one, but it was filthy (like seriously gross - full of fuzz and sticky to touch). A few other notes: If you stay here, request to be on the second floor because it's incredibly loud on the first. Our neighbors above us checked out early one morning and I woke up startled that it was an earthquake because their rolling suitcase was SO LOUD on the wood outside their door. You could seriously hear every footstep above you and the people above us weren't loud at all! The toiletry products are also not the level of what I would expect from this type of resort. Positives: The room did have a working fireplace and the outdoor seating was comfortable. The bed also seemed clean and was comfortable.
