The staff took very good care of us all while remaining cognizant of social distancing. The pool was open, but very few people and everyone stayed at least 10ft apart. We had an upstairs king room (307) and it was perfect for 2. Everything felt clean and safe. The bathroom was lovely with a large step in shower with 2 shower heads. We also enjoyed lounging on the small couch on the deck. We had a fantastic time.

I have been staying at the vintage inn and now the vintage house for 17 years now constantly. We are concluding 5 nights here after the opening of Covid and it’s highly unlikely we would ever stay here again. The hotel is a shadow of its former self despite a massive facelift. For the rates they charge for this hotel one would expect remarkable service and facilities.... sadly neither are evident. There is no room service, the breakfast is truly shocking and the hotel is literally dusty and dirty and has not been cleaned after months of being closed. We have tried to feedback to the GM but have had no response. At best, right now this is a $200 per night hotel and they have a long way to go before they can justify their $800+ price per night on the weekends. You are better off considering the many alternatives that abound. We are bitterly disappointed and feel really ripped off with what we paid even though we were aware they had just reopened and services were not back to normal. They have literally no staff and feedback from the staff is that even supplies are low. Were it not for chris, Emmanuel, and mark we would have checked out after our second night. Look elsewhere would be my advice !

The property is beautiful! The location is perfect! The customer service has been horrible. We have tried to extend grace considering it is the season of Covid-19, however, being kind and informative should always be extended regardless of the season. The front desk was not helpful AT ALL. No water, no information, nothing offered. Our second night here, our AC went out in our room. They said they would fix it, we went out to dinner, came back, and it still wasn't working. They moved us to another room, without offering any thing else. No follow up to ensure we were happy with our new room, no complimentary anything. Emmanuel, has been PHENOMENAL. He oversees the valet service, yet was willing to help us in any and every way possible! He brought us drinks, served us poolside, as well as bringing things we asked for up to our room. He offered to drive to get our food for us, he explained the property, the best restaurants, and was SIMPLY INCREDIBLE. He is the reason our stay was enjoyable. I surprised my husband for Fathers Day and his birthday with this getaway. Emmanuel made it perfect! If it weren't for him, we would not come back to this hotel. And due to his excellent service, we are walking away happy and refreshed! Overall, the hotel rate is too expensive to provide this level of customer service.

I am owed over $6000 for a reservation I cancelled 8 weeks ago with Vintage House. I have caught the reservations manager a few times on the phone and excuses are given regarding the delay. Mostly they don't answer the phone or respond to emails. They seem to be going under and I'm deeply concerned about getting my money back. I've stayed here before. What a beautiful place. But I won't pre-pay ever again for a stage at the Vintage House.
