Palm trees and some grass. Clean and well- maintained. Narrow lots for longer motorhomes. Returning campers get choice of spots which can be longer and wider as well as newer. Non-pet and Pet areas. Weekly activities available. Friendly managers.

I only rated this park as average for the following reason; This park is an older park which has been purchased by new owners and is under new managers; Michael and Christie. I feel that if things continue the way they are then my rating will surely go up. This is our second time of over wintering in this park, once with the old owners and this time with the new.
We've noticed a lot of changes and revitalization projects going on. They've hired a number of hard working work campers who are also very personable.
Michael and Christie have implemented a good number of activities to help people get acquainted and socialize.
Sans End is a pretty park with lots of mature palms and they are also able to accommodate even the biggest RV's.
We like the park because of the proximity to Yuma and Algadones, Mexico. We enjoy the activities and have made some friends who return every year who we like to be around.

This park is very dusty, all gravel roads and sites. When it rains it takes days for the water to soak in and it is a muddy mess. The website for Sands End is very deceiving, it says that they have many jam sessions but upon arrival I was informed that if I wanted to join the jams I would have to audition to see if I was good enough to play with them. I am not a very good player so I didn't do the audition and when I went to hear them play they weren't all that good. I have never heard of such a thing for jams, that to me is a band. As a result I never went to play and I really missed it. I have been living in my travel trailer for almost 10 years and have never seen a jam that wasn't open to all, if you played spoons, tambourine, drums or what ever you have. The RV cleaners are very sloppy as when the motor home beside me got washed they rinsed all the crap off there roof and sprayed it onto my trailer, not impressed. When I confronted them they just said that they had to rinse there place off. The staff was very helpful, and the guests were friendly as most RV's are. There are fields of vegetables all around the park and they would spray by helicopter at night from about 10 PM till all hours of the morning, nobody seemed to know who or what was being sprayed but because of all the wind many of us ended up with sore throats and a wicked cough, I have been gone over a month and I still have the cough. The sites are small and they have two different prices, one for the smaller sites, I payed the higher rate as I was told my site was one of the larger ones so I went and measure my site and two of the sites that I knew were paying the lower rate and my site was quite a bit smaller and I didn't have a cement slab for my table & chairs, when I told them this they just said I was wrong. I did like the fact that they had a rifle range and a little contest ever week which was very fun even though I hadn't shot for years. The shooters were very good about lending their rifles with scopes, the ones you could get from the office didn't have scopes and it was a must to target shot, Myself and my dog were snowbird from Nov. /18 thru to Mar/19. I will never be back to this park as there are so many parks around to choose from

This park was fun and friendly. The roads could use some gravel and less water but in all we had a great time. We did notice that when a particular disgruntled volunteer would "clean" the restrooms and laundry they wouldn't be clean. they were also un approachable with their two dogs and bad attitudes both the dogs and them. We are happy to say that management became aware of it and asked them to leave. Now all the buildings are clean every day. We will be returning to this park next season and plan to stay even longer.

Management was horrible, she lost our reservations. Pool was disgusting and showers too. Half of this park is actually a trailer park and a very trashy one. Don’t keep anything out as the residents and local homeless people in the area come into your site and go through your things. Dog leash is not enforced, many dog fights and management does nothing. There are also apartments in this “ resort” that people from the reservation live in, there was a lot of guns being shot into air from that area.

Start off by saying the staff is very friendly and the manager is new and is very helpful. The park looks very nice when you first arrive but as u get deeper the sites are rough and tight. The pull thru’s face each other so you are almost right on top of each other. It wouldn’t work for us so we got another site in the back and we were told they were new but were no better and the power stacks were purchased used so off to a bad start.
There are designated pet sites and were told that you only get a grassed area site with no pets but I helped a camper back in his 5th wheel to a non-pet sit but he had a cat so we’re not happy with this.
Your not allowed to walk your pet in the park and only in designated areas. The bathrooms seem clean but you have to pay to shower. Not sure why as other resorts don’t charge. Not bad for them as the water pressure is very low and hard to have a shower in your rig. The washers and dryers are old.
Also not allowed to leave your pets alone in your unit. Not a good idea in Arizona to take your pets in your vehicle as it’s so hot. Leaving them in your air conditioned rig is a better idea. They don’t sound very pet friendly here.
I watched someone try to back in when folks park their vehicles on the road. Instead of worrying a lot pets being left alone folks should not park on the road so other campers can get into their site. Frustrating when their truck is in the way and no one to move them.
Sorry but there are much better RV Resort’s than this in the area. 4 days is enough.

This RV Park has a great location near Yuma, AZ. Unfortunately, we stayed after a heavy rainstorm, and mud was everywhere. It was not a pleasant experience setting up or getting ready to depart because of the intense mud situation. It is a nice place to camp IF there hasn't been any rain within the last few days or if it's not in the forecast and if you don't mind being situated close to any neighboring RV.

This park is my favorite in the area grate prices, clean, friendly. They have a off leash dog park and a pool and hot tub. The staff in the office are welcoming and helpful. I have been coming here off and on for a few years now and I love it. I would recommend this park to everyone.

We had driven though this park a few years ago but thought we would have another look this year as we needed a RV spot for a week close to Algodones, Mx. What a nice surprise to see new owners have put a lot of updating and improvements to the sites and amenities. Lots of grassy areas, fenced dog run and separate dog area.
Reasonable rates, excellent Wi-Fi for $1 a day and great activities and entertainment. The office staff are friendly and accommodating. The management going out of their way to help us out when we needed to stay an additional 5 weeks (dental work) with an excellent monthly rate of $295.
This park is surrounded by fields growing all sorts of vegetables and watching the harvesting is fascinating.
We throughly enjoy Potluck Thursdays and the live entertainment that follows. Lots to do here and close enough to all that Yuma has to offer

SANSEND RV PARK
At first glance this RV Park is appealing but staying here is strongly NOT recommended. The mismanagement of the park is scary.
If you do stay don’t let your dogs outside, management has a history of not asking people to leave even after 2 human and 2 dog bits from one dog.
In the short time I was there it was concerning to see people load up overnight and leave. Long term workers, were so badly treated that due to the aggressive nature of the manager they left in the night.
Dogs are not on leashes, there is a prevalent homeless population that come through the park at night and steal. The police are called to this park daily.
If you want to enjoy your RV time choose a different park, this park is NOT recommended.
