Detailed Reviews
We stayed one night at the Travelers Inn in Williams, CA on our way to Oregon. The stay was enjoyable. Rooms was small but adequate - did have a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. Motel provided coffee and small breakfast in small lobby that you could take to your room or on the go. Quiet. Had a nice pool, but did not take advantage of it.
Do not make your reservations through "Reservation.com", call the hotel directly to make the reservation. I made the reservation on line and realized that I reserved a room with one bed and I needed two beds - when I changed the reservation Reservation.com charged me for a cancellation (their policy is to charge you full price to cancel) even though I didn't cancel the room only changed what I reserved. I ended up pay twice for the room. When I checked into the motel I could not change the charge.
A few restaurants near the hotel.
A good stopping point between San Francisco and Oregon.

Hotel's Favorite
This was A good find. Newly remodeled and decorated, small but efficient, price was very reasonable for Quality. Quiet, had everything we needed. The only suggestion I have for the quality of the hotel is if they have better quality towels. Just me I like soft fluffy towels.

Our room with two queen beds was small but very well-equipped with a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Recently renovated, the whole place is extremely attractive. Someone put a lot of thought into coordinating colors and furnishings. It was also the cleanest motel/hotel room I've ever been in and extremely well-insulated, so we heard little outside noise. The host was very pleasant.

We had a twin queen room; it is very tight quarters but was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is equably tight but it has a nice walk- in shower (which needs a new shower curtain). Grab-and-go breakfast was enough to start the day-hard boiled eggs, pastries, cereals, coffee, juice etc. Friendly lady at check- in. 31/2 stars.

Stopped in for a lay over heading further south. The 607 ‘excellent’ to ‘very good’ did not disappoint. The staff is great. The parking area is clean and quiet. It is far enough off I-5 that road noise is not an issue. It seems to be located in a more residential area so vehicle traffic is light.
The rooms are very clean, smoke free and pet friendly. We got a room with two queens with three sleeping pillows per bed. It appears to be recently renovated so the property is in good shape. The A/C and fan keep the room comfortable. Linens and towels were clean. Our pup did not find any carpet ‘issues’ with previous pet guests which is rare.
In the morning, there is a continental breakfast to take back to your room. They provide coffee, pastries, muffins, cereal and some fruit. There is also a coffee pot inside your room.
Overall, a great stay. Great sleep at a great value. We will definitely book again in the future.
The Hopper app works great to book the room at a few dollars less.

The Traveler's Inn is a better update to classic roadside motel than most I've experienced, It was impeccably clean, and had higher quality amenities than most. A variety of items are available for "grab and go" breakfast, and staff was capable and pleasant.
My only complaint is a loud heating-A/C unit. It was typical of a motel room, but in the small space the noise was very intrusive whenever the unit cycled on. When awake I had to turn up the TV to hear it, and when trying to sleep, the abrupt fan start-up was startling. I ended up turning the unit off, even though I was staying in January. Since I was staying alone, I was able to take the blankets from the other bed.
Highly recommended for a stay, as long as you aren't used to a very quiet bedroom at home, as I am.

Over the years i have stayed in most of the hotels in Williams. This by far the best one I've been in for the price.
The room was well stocked with a proper filter coffee machine, microwave and fridge .
The bathroom was small but had all toiletries and artistically folded towels and face cloths.
The bed was very comfortable and the Aircon worked well.
Only small gripe was the fridge when running was very noisy, and the free internet was 1998 speed 4.9Mbps according to my speed test app .
Check in was a breeze, the staff are very friendly all in all top drawer, I'll be stopping here again

I had to stay in Williams unexpectedly after a traffic accident. The tow truck driver first took me to another hotel, but it was full. I had seen Travelers Inn on the way into town and thought it looked very well-maintained. The tow truck driver took me there, and the lovely woman at the front counter gave me their last room, which was immaculately clean, cool and comfortable. This little independent family run motel has nice amenities like a clean pool and a fitness center, in room coffee and fridge and Dish satellite TV.. As a business traveler used to staying in mid to high range hotels, I was delightfully surprised at what a nice stay I had. My only complaint was a noisy family next door with thin walls, but it was not a big deal. Williams is a dusty little farm town but people are nice and there were some decent places to eat. If you’re passing through on I-5, this is a great place to stop.

I run 5 5 star properties in Gold Beach Oregon and I have to say I am beyond impressed with this cute clean comfy little hotel. The price is reasonable and there isn’t a speck of dust anywhere. You can tell they’re taking every precaution to make the rooms sanitary and all the extra little touches are beyond anything. Everything is so clean and the beds and pillows are so comfy and the owners are beyond accommodating and pleasant and personable. I highly recommend checking this place out!!! I can’t say enough about this place.

Travelers Inn offers spotlessly clean, compact rooms at a fair price. There’s a variety of simple breakfast items, decent coffee, too sweet orange “juice” and trays to take food to your room. Best value in town.

Yes, they had boiled eggs that morning.
Yes they will allow small and service animals
The only place open after 11 pm is Carl’s Jr, even though the Burger King’s website says it is also open until midnight. It’s not. There are also 2 gas stations open, probably all night, for food in a pinch.
