Perfect staycation for my birthday! From the moment we arrived, I felt pampered. The champagne offered during check in was a lovely treat. The room was beautiful with a view of the Santa Monica mountains. This is always one of my favorite places to go for a special local get away!

I had the privilege of staying at the hotel for 11 days last month. The hotel is absolutely amazing. It is located in a central but secluded location. What allows the hotel to stand out is it's attention to the small details. The customer service is excellent and consistent across all areas. All personnel encounters left me feeling valued and...

This is a beautiful hotel. On my way! Are spacious and gorgeous. They have a breakfast buffet on the weekends that is outstanding. There is such a variety of food as well as chefs on hand to cook you up whatever you like. The pool and hot tub area is fabulous and the gardens around the hotel are worth walking...

This hotel is a retreat; but, very accessible to a variety of entertainment Southern California has to offer. Very quiet when needed to be; safe, a retreat. Spa is very enjoyable; salon personnel unpretentious, listened to desires and supplied with quality. Will do it again.

stayed at the West Lake Four Season hotel for a symposium. The location is great, the facilities are amazing without being overwhelming. When checking in, you can really check out your stresses and relax. The service and the ambiance is geared to this. I really enjoyed the grounds, simply taking some leisure time and playing boccie ball

This place is gorgeous. I commented on the pillows a year ago and for my stay this year, they brought me special pillows! I would have gotten along just fine with their standard but it was a better pillow and I appreciated the attention to something that wasn't even really a complaint.

Very classy and lovely hotel and spa. We attended a dinner/ summit which included lectures. The food and service was great! The staff was very polite and accommodating. We have friends and family that regularly use the spa and absolutely love it!

Came to this hotel for a conference and on arrival our reservation was for the following 2 nights, oops my fault. They were sold out and recommended another hotel , well after driving for hours in traffic , working all day , I felt like crying ( I'm not a cryer ) He could tell we were at our last...

Four Seasons was the designated hotel for a conference I attended. Hard to get to - an expensive car ride after the flight - yet lovely scenery once I got there. It was great for business and a lovely setting to feel relaxed and creative. Food was wonderful; staff welcoming and accommodating; meeting space was too cold but isn't it...

I would never have guessed this amazing hotel and gardens would be right off the interstate and so convenient for my meetings. It was easy to get to and also had great restaurants and shopping nearby.
