We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days at this hotel. Great service from whole team but particularly Noemi and Barbara who resolved a room configuration problem we had. Rarely blown away by hotel service but this is clearly a strength here so well done.
What a fun, unique little gem Le Parc is! The quiet and safe setting, large and comfortable rooms and very nice staff made this the perfect spot for our family of five. We were able to spread out, settle in and really relax. Bonus for a great laundry facility and our own little kitchenette and patio. Would stay here again and again.
We had the best stay at Le Parc. The rooms / suites are huge! We had a big family room area with a nice couch and table and chairs, small kitchenette (which oddly had no pots or pans or toaster), small balcony, big comfy beds, and a huge bathroom. It was great for our family of 4. The decor is colorful and fun. But the icing on the cake was the location. A short block from great shopping and restaurants on Melrose Avenue. (You have to walk and get breakfast at Urth Cafe - SO good). It’s also close to Beverly Hills and relatively close to Santa Monica and Venice. 30 minutes to LAX. I will def stay here again. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. It was great to have that option as it was late and we were exhausted our first night - but to be honest the food itself was just okay. Last note - use their self parking option. It’s safe and so convenient. It’s much faster than waiting for valet and I believe it’s the same price…
One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Hotel is located hidden in West Hollywood unlike other hotels around the area with busy/Noisy ambiance. The entire staff was friendly especially (Karla and Barbara) was very helpful and courteous they could not do enough for my family. We’ll stay again!
Amazing hotel! Rooms are huge and staff were super helpful. Shout out to Karla and Barbara for being so helpful and accommodating. Super homey vibe. Such a plus when traveling with family. Thanks to Farhat for keeping our room spotless. A must when visiting West Hollywood.
The service is very good!! The room is super clean and well maintained. Room service food was also a 💯 especially the clubhouse sandwich 💖 we also got to use the laundry area that they have for the guests.
This place is a gem. The location is perfect. The rooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated. The rooftop pool and bar, with a beautiful view of the hills, was the perfect place to start the first evening of our vacation. However, the real standout is the amazing staff. Roman and Bui took incredible care of my family. There was a mixup with our reservation (the fault of hotel dot com) and they ensured that all of our needs were met and everything went smoothly which is such a relief when traveling with kids. They really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely be back.
The location is great in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walked most Melrose shopping locations. Rooms are exceptional, staff is fabulous & rooftop pool amazing. Our stay was perfect with our 18 year old granddaughter for her senior trip.
Pros: This hotel offers a great location to explore West Hollywood on foot, and the wider Hollywood area by Uber or car. Our suite had a huge comfy super king and a good-sized sofa bed for the kids. There was a small kitchen with coffee machine, fridge and microwave. The bathroom area was really spacious and had a helpful cupboard for suitcase. There is a small rooftop pool and full size tennis court which we enjoyed using. The housekeeping do a wonderful job and are available for service if requested 24 hours in advance. There is a laundry room with washers, dryers and detergent (take quarters). I have to give a shout out to the pool party host on the Sunday! He was so welcoming and hospitable and was lovely to see he was so happy to let the children join the party (which they loved!) The hotel is well-located for eating - Sprouts is a 5 minute walk for groceries; Urth Cafe on Melrose is a 5 minute walk (great coffee / breakfast); Connie and Ted’s is a 15-20 minute walk and a great dinner option. The hotel also offers bikes and helmets (there were always lots available!) The hotel sits on a quiet and safe residential street. There are record players in the room which, for us, was really fun - especially after a trip to Amoeba in Hollywood! Areas for improvement: The desk staff made quite a few mistakes. We stayed for a week and, at check-in, they made a rather huge error of charging our card $25,000 instead of $2500…thankfully we checked the amount before authorising the payment. For that, there was no apology offered! Additionally, at check-out, the desk staff had charged us for parking for the full 7 nights. We had told them, on several occasions, that we only needed parking for one night. Not a massive mistake, but did add to our feeling that they may lack basic competence. Also, guests should be ready for the smell of weed seeping out of the walls of this hotel. I know the hotel tries hard to impose a no smoking policy, but I am guessing that guests smoke off balconies which comes inside the hotel ventilation. For me, this takes a point off the score as I don’t like the smell and don’t think it supports a luxury establishment which, with the high quality of the room accommodation, Le Parc could be. Lastly, it seemed strange that there was a great little kitchen but no cutlery or crockery in the cupboards! I called reception and they were promptly brought up for us but just annoyed and baffled me a bit!…
First of all I would like to compliment the front desk and room care staff who have always been helpful and considerate. This is pleasant place to stay in very nice sections of Los Angles. However, on a recent visit, despite signs inviting us to spend some time at the rooftop pool, and paying a very high price for the room, we were asked to leave the pool area because we had brought our own food! We were very surprised, and have downgrade our rating.
