I stayed at Petit with some friends From France and had an awesome experience. The drinks in the butterfly bar are really unique and the food is great. We saw a pianist playing, George who could play any song you asked him to play. Apparently he plays every Thursday. The pool deck was super cool with great people and servers.

This is my second time staying at this hotel when visiting family and friends in Los Angeles. I’ve stayed in other LA hotels but none give this warm, almost family like service and environment. The pool area is the hub of the place and you will always meet an interesting character or two up there. The salt water pool is great for a quick dip to cool off, the pool beds are very large and comfy and the food is delicious! At night the vibe changes poolside to an entertainment venue almost. Whilst I was there I saw an incredible live band and also they had movie night under the stars with cozy blankets and popcorn. Julio and Laura who host the movie night are really funny and knowledgeable and created a great atmosphere. I know I’ll stay here again next time I’m in LA and hope nothing changes.

Wait til you see what happens on your third stay with us. We can't go into too much detail but rest assured if you were to pack an 18th century Spanish monocle from the city of Zaragoza, 7 pairs of traditional Egyptian made tiger printed underpants and 7436 in Peruvian Sol, you won't go far wrong. Until next time...

This stunning boutique hotel will always be my home from home. Whenever staying in LA this is my bohemian hideaway. The rooms have the coziest beds and the blackout curtains help with my jet lag for sure, and the in-room snacks are the best I’ve seen anywhere. I love the chic robes and slippers and I pretty much live in them from room to pool. The pool area feels European and the service there is personal and welcoming. I like having breakfast poolside for people watching and a real vacation feel. The Garden with its butterflies and hummingbirds is the most romantic spot for dinner. At night there is quite often excellent live music or some other form of entertainment. I never want to leave!

This was a great place! Fantastic place with original artwork through out the hotel. The room was really nice with unique accents - an eclectic mix of furnishings including a mix of warm woods, brocade, and wrought iron. Great green and teal tiled bathroom. Amenities included slippers and robe and a fully stocked bar complete with cocktail shaker and fresh mix of chocolates andtasty snacks. HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Great staff, very accomodating.

We pride ourselves on our unique accents. Indeed most of our staff are adept at ones such as Canadian, French Canadian Canadian French, French Polynesian, whatever they speak in France and Japanese. But please don't ask us to attempt Bolivian. It is to our great shame that this particular accent has alluded us. Which is disappointing as our Liaison to Misery, Sebastian is from neighbouring Peru. As for our warm wood - we are simply over joyed you noticed.

I love this hotel! The staff were attentive, courteous, and personable. I loved going to the Butterfly Bar every morning to get a different flavored latte- lavender was my favorite. The bohemian style is my style! The room was cozy with a lovely gas fireplace. And our balcony was nestled in the vine covered walls. I highly recommend coming here and will come here again on a return trip to Los Angeles. K. Shimabukuro

I worked with the staff to help plan my engagement here. Rose in particular was great. They made it a perfect weekend! Pics of the room decorations are included below - not pictured (complimentary champagne). Rooftop bar is a good time on Saturday night too.

This hotel is a sanctuary in the middle of LA. It has such a cool, hip bohemian vibe. From the art in the halls to the adorable rooftop you cannot go wrong with this place. I was in town for business and took a break to check out the rooftop which was so peaceful. The beds are very cozy and comfortable! Thank you for your hospitality. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to LA.

The Petit Ermitage is everything smart and chic about LA—feels like a perfect secret. From the moment that I stepped in I was greeted by impeccable hospitality and a vibe that was all things cool, rejuvenating and electric. Rose and Troy were incredible and facilitated my perfect birthday. Every interaction was genuine, warm and personable. I felt like a valued guest and that meant everything. The restaurant was like a European fever dream with a fantastic pianist.. he seamlessly went from standard hits to Radiohead on the piano—so cool. The butterfly bar is stunning with exceptional drinks. It also features a Dali on the wall which I was over the moon to see. My suite was a sanctuary. I felt at home and enveloped in an atmosphere of comfort. I think that I had the best sleep of my life. Oh the rooftop! Just get there! I can’t wait to return here. It was unforgettable. Truly.

Dear ElenarY447RD (did we spell that correctly?), Your words have brightened this cloudy Los Angeles morning with a glow akin to the one you get when you leave the bathroom door slightly ajar having forgotten to turn the light off after an unwelcome midnight pee but only realising you left it on just as you have settled back into bed at which point you are left debating to get back up and turn it off in order to save an already depleted planet from extinction or selfishly returning to your slumber only for that damn conscience to get the better of you thus, propelling you back out of the bed to turn said light off only to then realise that the effort put it to save the planet didn't, in fact, lead to any gratification and in actual fact leads to a feeling of complete regret. Now this takes you by complete surprise and keeps you awake for a further 3 hours before nodding off right before your morning alarm sounds to remind you it's in fact Monday and the week is only beginning. That all said, from our hearts to yours...thank you.

I stayed at the Petit Ermitage for 3 nights in February 2024. This boutique hotel is just gorgeous . The staff are so helpful, the beds deliciously comfortable and don't get me started on the incredible roof terrace and breakfast !!! Plus it's located a stones throw from Sunset and Santa Monica Blvd. I couldn't recommend it enough. Won't stay anywhere else in LA .....ever!!!!

This place is absolutely amazing! Took my wife for a get away and didn't realize how much I would love this place. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The room was comfortable and sexy. We had a balcony with a fireplace and sucken in living room. The rooftop was great vibes and gave me an opportunity to smoke. My cigar and have a cocktail. You will not regret staying at this hotel!
