We recently spent two nights at Petit Ermitage and absolutely loved it! We were able to social distance and enjoy our weekend with no problem! The rooftop is fabulous, food was amazing and I can’t say enough about the staff. Tess and Martin made our stay even better by providing excellent service and kindness throughout our stay. We definitely will be back!

I stayed at the Petit Ermitage during a tumultuous time in my life. I arrived desperate and weary. However my stay at the hotel could not have been more invigorating and restorative. The manager, Troy, and his staff received me warmly: they accommodated every request and surprised me with thoughtful service at every opportunity. It's truly a hotel that is operated with care and love for its guests, and I glowingly recommend it to anyone seeking a reprieve from the chaos of life.

The Petite Ermitage is truly the best hotel in Los Angeles. The perfect location in West Hollywood, next to Beverly Hills, this hotel is the epitome of chic. It is truly everything you’d want in a luxury hotel experience. The staff is flawless and the manager Troy is simply fantastic! His hospitality and service is above and beyond and it shows in the way the entire staff treats you as a guest. Petite is truly a gem not only in Cali but one of the best in the world! Love this place so much!

We had to let Troy go...to the bathroom, but we'll be sure to show him this when he gets back. Hopefully it won't be long but he didn't specify what he was going to do so it could potentially be a while going on past experience.

I stayed with at this cute and charming hotel for two nights and first off, the staff was super friendly and accommodating! Even when we asked for things at 3-4 am, they were super nice. The place is very covid safe and clean which I liked a lot, and the location is around so many good restaurants and coffee spots that it was super convenient to get food and drinks. The rooftop bar and patio is great and has great views and even a fireplace. Highly recommended!

Needed a break away from the craziness going on this year and this was the perfect spot. From cleanliness to friendliness, and the insane rooftop vibes were perfect. Special thanks to Tess, the hotel staff. It’s also very close to nice, restaurants and is in a safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this place. They also spare no expenses for products and even have Le Labo for shampoo and lotion.
