I've stayed at other KOA's but always in cabins, this is the first time I've ever camped in a tent. The space had a picnic table, a fire pit and enough room for maybe 3 tents. They had free ice cream on Friday night, a movie night on Saturday and free pancakes on Sunday. The experience was okay. The reason...

This was a lovely cabin, had most of the things we needed. Lovely people running the place. Would definitely recommend a visit. Facilities were good, had a campers kitchen and swimming pool. Used BBQ/Firepit to cook dinner. Very close to Lake Isabella. Had a great night.

First experience of a KOA campground. The campground is small, remote and has a lovely relaxed feel. Welcomed by Willow at gone 9pm who made the checkin process very easy. Stayed two nights on our rented RV. Swimming pool was a welcome relieve to the 100 degree temperature. Facilities are fine. Showers were the best of the 4 KOA campgrounds...

This park is great. The service was so relaxed, friendly and helpful. We were on a nice shady site and many of the sites have good shade. The pool is well maintained and was great for a refreshing swim after driving through Death Valley. There is a little bar of you want a drink and a shop with a variety...

It's a great place to take kids. The kabins are great. You get to have all the camping fun but get to sleep inside at night. With air conditioning!!! So much for kids to do in the campground!!! This will become a regular stop for us!!

We had planned to camp somewhere else but drove further and were having trouble finding a place to camp for the night. After a slightly creepy visit to another campground, we were relieved there was a KOA close by. They usually aren't very scenic or cheap but you know what to expect. It was dark by the time we checked...

After our visit in 2014, we felt that coming back would be a great idea. We had issues with noise from other campers and their kids invading our camping space during our previous stay in 2014, so Brian (the owner), invited us to come back for a better experience. This year, we rented a Handicap Accessible Deluxe Cabin with Bathroom...

Liked the location (despite Lake Isabella's record low level). Nice pool, grounds and staff. About 10 miles from the downtown if you need provisions (or pizza). Has a pub on sight that even attracts locals. We stayed in a jumbo cabin (sleeps 8...full). Very nice.

This place is actually quite small compared to other KOA. We stayed in sites 126, 127, and 128 and they were bigger and had more shade throughout the day. The problem with 128 though is it is right next to a big group tent and a walkway right through the site so kind of annoying on that regard. There is...

We were here for a mountain bike race. Lodging in this area is limited, however, I thought we chose the best one. We were very disappointed! The 2 bdr. deluxe cabin was DIRTY! The shower was filthy and stained and the curtain was covered in mildew. There was a dirty towel wadded up in the bathroom cabinet. The kitchen sponge...
