Clean room and a restful night sleep. Easy to find. Great price. Good location of stores and restaurants. Reasonably close to the freeway. Within driving distance to my location of business. Free WiFi and microwave and refrigerator.

Needing a pit stop en route from San Diego, the Franciscan worked well price-wise. Idyllic holiday destination Vista is not, most visitors will be heading to the coast, but for a stop over, it worked well. Checkin was quick and business like, motel seemed large but not busy. All ground floor rooms easy access First impressions: room was very spacious,...

This was an extremely cheap hotel, but the service was decent, the rooms were clean and kept up, the wifi was not great, but it worked, hot water, microwave, mini fridge, ac/heater. It had everything you pay for and is actually better than you might expect for $50 a night. Cannot expect a 5 diamond hotel, but it was great...

The rooms are basic, some of them have a full size stove. The cabinets are really old and dirty, I would suggest not using them. If you need to use the wifi you have to ask for a room right next to the front office to get reception. I had a room at the far end in the two story...

If you are looking for something cost effective and clean, this is your place. It is an older facility, but comfortable enough. Nothing fancy for sure. The bed was comfortable, but bring your own pillow. It is located close to a market and restaurants, as well as freeway close. It was also quiet. Make sure you have cash for the...

First we went to the bed room and was all up side down and when we exchange the room there were some strong smell of deodorant in the room. The crew are awesome...................and dont even think to use the wifi far way from the office, it just doesnt work.

My partner and I stayed here for 2.5 weeks, payed about $1500 usd. The room had feces smeared on the curtain, burns all through the bedding, toilet was not cleaned properly, wifi had absolutely no connectivity carpets were completely filthy and our socks were black from walking on the floor only a minute, there were ants around the sink and...

We visited friends in Vista for the weekend and decided to give this motel a try as it was recommended by our friends. The place is an 70's vintage motel that has been nicely remodeled but is in the middle of a busy shopping area. The rooms are clean but smell of rose water (reminded me of Grandmas house) Checking...

Take a pleasant time warp into the 60's. Fill out the cardboard motel intake card, have your credit card run over the carbon paper embosser, take your brass key to your room, begin your trip to the past in this quite pleasant 1960's motel. Big rooms, decent beds, small toilet/bathtub room, big old tv, refer and micro, what else you...

This is an inexpensive, clean, quiet motel to stay when you are in the Coronado, La Jolla area. Most hotels closer to these destinations are more expensive so pay the lower price with a smile! We were very satisfied.
