Check-in was easy and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was amazingly delicious and our server, Raul, was super friendly. We stayed there with our young children and they had a blast. Great hotel!

We never received Champagne to toast. When I asked the bartender, she tried getting someone on the phone to no avail. All the tables by the dance floor, where we sat, didn't get to toast.that was supposed to be included in price we paid. Not planned very well.

We stayed here on our road trip from BC to Palm Springs. It is a beautiful hotel visually, has a pub and adjacent restaurant. We had dinner in the restaurant and the service was excellent (thanks Jose!). The food (I had lettuce wraps and fried calamari and my husband had seafood linguine) was good. The breakfast was included and was...

Stayed 2 nights w/my husband for business. First room had a horrible smoke smell. We're we're quickly given a another room. It was far too small for me but my husband has been a guest at this hotel over 5 times, so... our 2nd night was better for me. Executive suite is a moral suite w/a separate sitting area, bathrobes....

Great sized room, comfortable bed and a decent workout room! The restaurant and bar were great. Even though the hotel was close to the freeway, I didn't hear any road noise. nice park across the street

The bed was the highlight of the room. Very comfortable, however the carpets need a thorough cleaning. Room service was adequate but the coffee was not. Caramel colored water doesn't do much to perk you up in the morning, especially to the tune of $9 for a carafe.

Stayed here in adjoining rooms with my wife and three teens. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Bathrooms were clean, but the single over mirror light is abrasively bright. Good for getting ready, but not so much for a midnight bathroom visit. The building is aging, so window seals leak. Cold air seeps into the rooms. We visited the restaurant...
