Look, the reason you go to a place like courtyard instead of a place like Motel 6 is, primarily, the service. So, when the service isn't good, and you're paying more, it makes you kind of angry. In this case, I have the impression ride from checking with the staff wished to be elsewhere. Now, I can understand that, and...

Checked in on mobile app early around 12pm and Yen was amazing! He gave me info on local spots in downtown Napa and restaurants. Dropped off the bags in the non smoking room and went out. Got back from Napa around 10pm and the room smelled like cigarettes . Opened the bathroom door and it smelled like a chimney. Went...

The Courtyard at Vallejo is a nice jumping off point for Napa and Sonoma if you want to save a little money instead of staying at a higher priced counterpart in those towns. The distance is not far although traffic during rush hour can be bad. The hotel is well appointed, large and clean. My only complaint is that the...

Very busy place, super nice staff, unfortunately not very clean. After flying all day I took a hot shower in the evening before bed. The next morning I got up and took another shower and noticed my feet were leaving black footprints in the shower. No other possible reason other than very dirty carpet! I didn't tell my wife because...

Lobby is remodeled and efficient, rooms are drab, old in appearance and need refreshing. HVAC is in the wall and dies not provide constant temperature. Facility is across from Six Flags and it appears most guests are visiting the amusement park. Only thing this hotel has going for it is the lack of quality competition.

This place is really nice considering the run down area in general. The front staff are so polite and professional. My room was very nice and clean. I'm on business I don't need the Four Seasons treatment. The fitness room was adequate, but remember to bring your own ear buds. If you're a woman travelling alone, better stay on site.

Check-in was actually very good, quick, professional and caring service! Our room was clean and well appointed with everything that you'd expect from a Courtyard Marriott. Quiet, comfy bed, clean room - you can't ask for more than that! The location of this property is directly across from Six Flags and convenient to all points in Napa, Carneros, and Sonoma....

Stayed here a night on my travels. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Nice and quiet. Have a Bistro with beer and wine and good food. Were very busy but worth the wait. Across the street from a Six Flags. Enjoyed my stay

Heads up. As obvious its directly across from 6 flags park. Perfect location if that's why you are going there. As a result this hotel is a madhouse of kids running around semi controlled and running down halls. Cant really help that. Apart from that its a good hotel, and I was pleased with the high caliber of front desk...

However, we apologize that you feel you did not get a great value. Perhaps the time visited there may have been a big convention in the area which can cause our rates...
