I chose this place because we had stayed at a quality inn the night before in Buellton, CA. This was a mistake. Obviously not all quality inns are of the same quality. This one is run down and aged. Either we got the worst rooms - the ones in the corner by the laundry - or this whole place is...

After a week on the road, we stayed in some fair and averages rooms. When we got to Ukiah, California, we were encouraged there was a Quality Inn. We felt that there would be at least a baseline standard. We first asked to see the room and the attendant was helpful and courteous, gracious even. The room was the best...

Stayed here prior to a job interview on March 2nd, room 250. The staff are all very nice and friendly; made photocopies for me, along with a Mapquest map. The room was clean too, with a nice flat-screen TV, coffee maker, dorm fridge and microwave oven. The all-important bed was comfortable and the room fairly quiet, save for the heater,...

I would almost give 3 stars but just can't. The chairs were stained (eww) with God knows what, the sink and bathtub both wouldn't drain properly, and the walls are so dang thin, that we could hear the guy hacking and coughing next door to us. Heater was super loud every time it kicked on. Oh and no blow dryer...

I have stayed here numerous times on my way south, The rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable, and there is sufficient parking if you happen to be towing a trailer. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the complimentary breakfast offers variety: cold or hot cereal, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, make-it-yourself waffles, yogurt, apples, oranges and bananas.

Not sure what was making all the noise. It wasn't people and don't let anyone use sink while you are in shower or you will get scalded and then freeze. Good breakfast and nice enough room. No extra towels.

Nothing elegant, but clean modern motel with a friendly staff and a good rate. The Internet access was hit and miss - at times the signal strength was good, at other times the service was unusable. The furnishings were modern and tasteful, and I had a quiet night's sleep. They also have an outdoor pool that is open in the...

Good place to stay for one night to rest up from traveling. Rooms are adequate but nothing to brag home about. Staff was fine, only checked in with a person and didn't see anyone else after that. It has a nice pool outside with lounge chairs to sit and relax.

When arriving at the Quality Inn in Ukiah we felt slightly uncomfortable due to the vacant lot next door that seemed sketchy. Our nerves were calmed once we entered the door and were greeted by a very pleasant young lady working the front desk. She checked us in and was very personable with her greeting. Upon entering our room we...
