Not sure what was making all the noise. It wasn't people and don't let anyone use sink while you are in shower or you will get scalded and then freeze. Good breakfast and nice enough room. No extra towels.

Nothing elegant, but clean modern motel with a friendly staff and a good rate. The Internet access was hit and miss - at times the signal strength was good, at other times the service was unusable. The furnishings were modern and tasteful, and I had a quiet night's sleep. They also have an outdoor pool that is open in the... More

Just leaving Quality Inn Ukiah. Checked in last night after a miserable drive from West Sac across Highway 20. Many times X across this way but last night was awful;it was raining ,dark, slow traffic, ready to get off the road Checked in at the Quality Inn in Ukiah; really friendly desk guy. Room was extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable. Really... More

Good place to stay for one night to rest up from traveling. Rooms are adequate but nothing to brag home about. Staff was fine, only checked in with a person and didn't see anyone else after that. It has a nice pool outside with lounge chairs to sit and relax.

When arriving at the Quality Inn in Ukiah we felt slightly uncomfortable due to the vacant lot next door that seemed sketchy. Our nerves were calmed once we entered the door and were greeted by a very pleasant young lady working the front desk. She checked us in and was very personable with her greeting. Upon entering our room we... More

A basic budget motel for a night, rooms are an adequate size and clean and comfortable, close to shops and a few restaurants. Rates were acceptable for this area. Staff at reception were quick and easy to work with, cleaners were running behind schedule on our visit and we walked into an un-serviced room but were quickly given another.

I come here often enough for classes at the local hospital (I am an RN) and usually stay at the Hampton, Fairfield, Comfort or Best Western--all can be pricey at times. I needed a place to stay and made a quick booking at this place since the rates were reasonable and they had a non smoking room with decent reviews.... More

We stopped here while traveling back to Southern California. The rooms where nice & clean. Randy and Dilan were very helpful and accommodating with our trailer. Good breakfast bar. They suggested a pizza restaurant in town, Saucy, that was also good. Will stay here again.

After a week on the road, we stayed in some fair and averages rooms. When we got to Ukiah, California, we were encouraged there was a Quality Inn. We felt that there would be at least a baseline standard. We first asked to see the room and the attendant was helpful and courteous, gracious even. The room was the best... More
