This economy property is fairly well maintained. I had no issue with the room cleanliness and overall it appear the property has recently been remodeled to an extent. The staff were all excellent and helpful. They do offer the typical economy/budget hotel breakfast, though I didn’t partake. Overall, yes a good stay. I would probably stay here again if I am in Ukiah.

This is an average Quality Inn. My room was fairly clean and the bed was ok. When I arrived they asked me to sign the usual sign-in form. Included on the form was a $2.50 cleaning fee surcharge. I refused to sign this price gouge. Then the refrigerator in my room was dirty. Despite advertising a hot breakfast online the breakfast was a lousy "Grab + GO" with no fruit. When I tried to get ice, the ice machine was not working (it appeared to have flipped a circuit breaker). Like everything else in California the price was high. Come-on guys, you can do better for these prices.

1. It was less than $110/night; 2. Room was clean, carpet showed traffic paths … could use a shampoo, but no obvious but questionable red stains; The woman at check-in was efficient and courteous. The room was nicer than Super 8 in Upper Lake (and cost $30 more than quality inn). The neighborhood is sketchy. But for one night in Ukiah, this worked well.

The room was merely adequate. The worst was the bed. The mattress sagged so badly in the middle that we were almost sleeping on top of each other. If we weren't so tired from driving we might have had a bad night. Everything else was ok. The breakfast bag contained a bagel, piece of fruit, and juice and there was coffee. Not my idea of a breakfast, but during covid this seems to be the norm at most low end hotels. Unfortunately, we couldn't get into a better place on our travel date. Also, the pool was drained.

This hotel was alright for one night. Quite expensive for what you’re actually getting but that seemed to be the theme of hotels in ukiah that weekend. Room was very small with an oddly sized bathroom, but overall clean. Hotel staff was nice and accommodated a late checkout so my friend could sleep while I worked in the morning. Pool is essentially in the parking lot and probably wouldn’t use it. Wouldn’t go there to hang out but fine to sleep for one night.

The title of this review can be interpreted multiple ways. So don't spend too much time thinking it over. We had a bad experience with a different hotel in another city the night before. So, we were already a bit nervous. When we were a half block away, my heart sank. A lot of homeless around and a rough looking part of town... Ok, let's move on. The staff was great. We were traveling with a dog and this was the best hotel in regard to that out of many trips. Low pet fee and not fuss. The room was actually really good. The AC unit did have a bit of a mildew smell at first but that went away after running it for a short time.Other than that, no other odd smell. Plenty of space. Comfy chair. A lot of space in the bathroom. Good bed. Good pillows. Overall, it was good. I would stay there again if in the area.

Our room smelled very bad like cigarettes. There was no counter in the bathroom. Had to put my makeup on the toilet for space. It does have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Pool but no hot tub. Didn’t get a chance to see if it was clean.

Dingy, dirty & disgusting. In the immortal words of Betty Davis, “This place is a dump!” Nice staff though. The front desk and housekeeping people were all very nice. The breakfast room was tiny, but the snacks and waffle maker were adequate. Otherwise, just don’t do it!

Clean, with a comfortable bed. It's about average for the price, though the breakfast was lower quality than typical and started later than I'd prefer (7:00 am). For a one-night stay, it was fine. Easy to find, not too far from highway 101.

My family of six stayed here for one night and this is the first hotel room we’ve seen that had a big room with three double beds in it. Everything was clean and breakfast was offered. The area isn’t that desirable, but I got the feeling that Ukiah, itself, isn’t that desirable either. The cable reception was fuzzy. Owners were nice. I would stay here again.
