I went to Tulare for a getaway and both Visalia and Tulare were sold out in most decent hotels and I ended up at a Red Roof Inn. So these are some of the things that were wrong with the hotel 1- Only had two towels 2- Very old Television, not a flat screen TV and the remote control, the... More

After driving all day and not being able to find a vacancy in the towns before we Tulare, we booked a room at the Red Roof Inn in Tulare. I have never seen anything like it. It was filthy with toothpaste caked on the counter, used soap in the bath, and nasty furniture. When I told the girl, she offered... More

This is one of those motels that you never want to return to. For several reasons. For starters, the check-in process was very slow, but that may have something to with the fact that the person behind the desk had to clean up puke from the floor in the lobby area first. Well, that’s fine, but what is not is... More

We reserved a "Superior King Room" at an additional but cost but it was far from superior. It had a king bed and an oversized table/desk. I honestly wasn't expecting a palace at the Red Roof Inn but the hotel and the room were a bit more ran down than the pictures showed. The staff was very friendly when we... More

The next morning waking up i had bites all over my arms and waist which itched like crazy; who... More

NEed I say more. My family and I ended up driving 3.5 hours home at night because of the lack of care, concern and cleanliness of this so called hotel. The room stunk and was filthy. Cockroaches and other pests were in the bathroom and on hand walls. Front desk was rude and unhelpful. Worst stay I have ever had... More

We stayed there on our way to Sequoia National Park. Our room was over $70 per night! 1) The room was filthy. The floors were sticky, the sheets were stained. There was a random can of coke on the table. 2) The bathroom had someone's hair and a COCKROACH!!! It was neither alive nor dead, which freaked us out even... More

We arrive at this hotel about 10 mins after we are allowed to check-in only to be told rudely to come back in 15 mins due to a staff meeting being held in the Reception area. We get told this numerous times and after 40 mins both us and two other groups of new guests decide to invade the room... More

I would not recommend this place at all. 1) rooms not clean, found some food in ours 2) soiled towel 3) someone else's hair in our bathroom 4) our non-smoking room reeked of smoke 5) front desk staff couldn't care less attitude
