Our experience was a bit below average. The price was okay but the facilities were so old and worn down. The room was clean as was the bathroom but so old that there were stains in the shower and toilet. The table that the microwave was on was broken and tilted, I thought it might fall over. The staff was... More

Was a great experience. Our daughter wanted to learn to snowboard. So we rented all equipment, snowboard, boots, helmet, pants, ski lift pass, and a 2 hour class for under 150.00.... Make sure you arrive early to get a spot upstairs in the dinning area so you can get a window spot to watch your kids snowboard. You can also... More

Just stayed here two nights with my young daughter; we were here to ski and tube at Boreal, and it just made sense to stay at the lodge due to proximity. Our check-in was easy, our room was clean, comfortable, dd not smell, and was well-heated. We stayed on the 2nd floor, which involved navigating a total of about 12-14... More

We went here because we heard this was a good family friendly ski area and that lessons were cheaper here. I signed my son and his friend (both age 5) for group ski lessons. When we arrived, the lodge area to check-in for ski lessons was chaotic and smelly. The lady who checked us in said, "Sorry but you missed... More

While well located to Boreal skiing, the name "resort" is a misnomer. Rooms are outdated and don't feel clean or sanitary. Towels had holes and stains. Someone was smoking inside (there's two doors and a sort of snow room, so appealing if you are a smoker and don't want to go outside) so lobby smelled liked cigarettes on the morning... More

We had a good time snow tubbing, too bad there wasn't too much snow. The people were very nice and helpful. There were some Chilean guys helping and guiding us. The American guys were at the top of the hill, and talking among themselves and were not paying attention to the costumers.

Great little training hill but transformed after a big dump of snow. We went on the way back to SFO airport and turned up after nearly two feet of snow. We went back Country and got some serious Virgin powder! Lovely people work here so all in all a family place!

Can't beat the location. The staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms are out dated but clean and mine did not smell. Close to skiing and tubing! Night tubing is the best! Microwave and refrigerater in room.

Make sure you bring your own snacks if you don't intend to spend too much money just on food alone - let alone a $4-small corn dog! Tubing area is different from the ksi and snowboarding area. In both cases, they will charge you for the entrance and use of amenities. So make sure you bring extra cash.
