If I could give zero stars I would. My room was in desperate need of repair. The bed headboard was peeling, carpet had stains all over it. I was afraid to walk on it barefoot. The room smelled like a thrift store, musty and mildewy. Windows are poorly insulated, the traffic noise kept me awake all night, along with noise from the next room because the walls are thin. The next day I asked to be moved to a room that was quieter and cleaner. Akane, the lady at the desk said I had to check out of the room I was in at 11 am and could check into a new room at 3 pm. She wanted me to remove all of my belongings from the room and haul around my luggage for 4 hours just so they could clean the room I was vacating and put another poor unsuspecting guest in it. Of course, I refused this ridiculous request and immediately checked out. She actually tried to charge me for another night even though I was checking out!Stay away from this place. Horribly maintained and horrible customer service.…
We stayed one night at this hotel when you walk in the service was wonderful and the lobby looked great! However, the rooms were very dirty and the washrags had STAINS on them. The rooms themselves are not a 4 star hotel room! When my kids accidentally left their IPAD in our room after checkout the front desk coordinator (a different front desk coordinator at this point) was very unhelpful. She said she would check with the housekeepers and call us back. We located our IPAD to a residence down the street from the Hotel. I tried to lock the IPAD; however, whoever stole it put a Passcode on the IPAD preventing me from doing this. (Not their first time doing this) We called her back to let her know we located the IPAD down the street. She says none of the staff have seen it and was not helpful in the least. I tried speaking to the manager, but I got the run around there as well. Absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone, but if you do stay here DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ITEMS IN YOUR ROOM!…
It's in a good location but staff are not friendly or accommodating. My room was cleaned once in 6 days I had to look for towels myself. The place reeks of marijuana. The bed is in the middle of the floor with no headboard, no comfortable chair to watch tv in. Just miserable. The restaurant was not open, no Pool virtually no amenities. DO NOT stay here. I was 2 minutes past leaving a day early and they refused to refund the unused day, like it was my fault someone was in line in front of me. Just greedy owners. If you're not Asian you don't fit in so maybe a bit of discrimination came into play? Who knows. Severely dissatisfied !!!
Lousy 2 star dump! This place is a 2 star at best... Basic, smelly room. Television doesn't work, white walls.. Looks like nasty carpets and you can't swing a cat in the bathroom. Now even close to 3 star. Looks nothing like the pictures and feels like the last resort, when all else has failed. Depressing.
Pluses: - super friendly staff- bidet in the bathroom--with a seat warmer! - very clean room - convenient and safe location (close to freeways, easy to find food nearby) - looks like they offer Covid tests in case you need documentation - we checked out super early (4:15 AM) and there was an employee at the desk to facilitate check out - had no problem with deposit fees (doesn't seem like they ever charged it so we didn't need a refund) - room was comfortable - safe in the room - would stay here again Minuses: - While the staff was really nice, check in was a slow process (long line). - Our room wasn't ready quite on time (maybe a half hour wait?). - There are signs everywhere about sanitation, and in the other line a little child who had a cold (and was maskless) was coughing at the counter...no one bothered to sanitize the counter right after they finished check in. Even pre-Covid, I'd have expected the counter to be sanitized after being coughed all over. - There is street noise (cars driving down the main street), and I was fine with it, but you may want to bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise…
We booked this hotel for a 2 day stay based on their advertisement of free breakfast, cafe and bar included in the room price. There is no cafe. The bar was closed. The breakfast buffet did not exist. No adjustment to the price of the room for these amenities that do not exist. No adjustment to the resort fee they charge that also still advertise these non existent amenities. Room was neat, clean and the beds were good. The bathroom is tiny. The two beds in our room were also tiny...and short. I would say larger than a twin bed, but smaller than a double. Very minimal space around the sink for your personal items. No closet or drawer space for clothing. One small bar hangs above a shelf that has the room safe on it. Shirts hung on that bar hit the shelf so the lower portion will get wrinkled. The only handout we could find for nearby restaurants was down in the lobby not in the room and they only advertise asian restaurants.…
I'm wondering if the Radec is a work in progress -- the bathroom looked to have been recently / nicely renovated, but the furniture in the room looked to be a bit worn, and the hallway colors were mismatched. The room had a fridge (no freezer compartment), microwave, a small coffee maker, room safe, iron, and table-top ironing board. No pen or memo pad, no info about the hotel in the room. The busy street outside was noisy at times, as were the neighbors upstairs. The a/c unit worked well and provided some white noise to cover other noise. I didn't use the hotel shuttle, but they have a couple of beautiful vans in the parking lot. There's a snack kiosk by the front desk. The restaurant and gym were closed due to COVID.
Not a good experience The room that was assigned to me was really run down My desk had stain marks all over it Same with the bathroom, very deteriorated The room had not been cleaned properly and it was dusty all over Finally, my room was not cleaned not even once during my stay
I end up renting four nights at this hotel, to be near the family. This is first night. I am writing this at midnight because I cannot sleep due to the constant traffic noise coming from the street. This hotel is situated near the busy street with many cars or trucks constantly driving by. The window should have been built with more sound proof. I do not know how i can handle next four nights?
This hotel is greatly improved from the past, but the internet is still TERRIBLE! Good luck streaming Netflix or anything similar, as you will be buffering forever. First of all, they are using AT&T which is pure garbage for an individual and even worse when you’re sharing the connection with dozens of other people. It averaged 14 MBPS during my stay, which is slower is about 20 times slower than even basic cable internet service and about 50 times slower than Gigablast internet. Until they resolve this, it’s hard to justify this place as a viable business hotel when you’re going to struggle to get any work done, let alone connect to VPN or use videoconferencing services.
