We stayed at this Embassy Suites because of a family wedding in the area a few weeks ago. I had certain expectations because of how much we paid (about $280/nightly) and positive past experiences at other Embassy Suites hotels. The poor service and nonexistent breakfasts were all blamed on COVID- very disappointing. When asked why our room wasn’t cleaned we were told they only get cleaned every four days(we were never told that information). I asked if they could at least have someone come and pick up the garbage and was told they would send someone right away, no one every showed up. Sunday morning the hotel and ran out of “breakfast boxes” at 9:30 - breakfast was scheduled to be served until 11:00- once again blamed on COVID (?!?). A family member staying in another room requested an extra pillow and linens and were given filthy items - it was disgusting. So, I do not recommend this hotel and will most likely never stay at an Embassy Suites again.

Dear Valued Guest, It was with mixed emotions with which I read your review. While feedback from our guests is always welcome and of significant value, I was disturbed by our failure to meet the high standards we strive to maintain and of which you have every right to expect at Embassy Suites Temecula. Your comments regarding our breakfast, guest service and cleanliness are very disturbing to me as they certainly do not represent the quality of service we have proudly built our reputation. I can assure you that we have taken immediate steps to ensure that other guests do not suffer the inconveniences you experienced. Again, thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Candid comments from our guests are of great value to us in our attempt to improve our level of service and the overall enhancement of the guest experience. We do hope you will come join us again in the future and have a seamless stay!

Hotel's Favorite
Had a one-night stay and found it to be excellent. Every single staff member was extremely gracious and the room very comfortable. Loved the soft towels and bedding. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Many reviews say it was not clean. I did not have that issue, my room was clean. During Covid, I clean the room anyway. The rooms look to be recently updated, but they skipped odd things. For example it appears there is an entirely new shower, but it looks like they put the 20 year old shower head back in. It was nasty looking. Brand new clean sofa and chair in the living area. Other than the shower head, everything looked clean. The did not replace the cabinetry in the living room, so the dents and dings really stood out against all the new stuff. Service was generally terrible. No one at the front desk could care if you draw in your next breath or not. And they particularly do not care if you are part of Hilton Honors. I asked about late check out the night before, and he extended it from 11 to noon (gee, thanks). He suggested asking in the morning. When I did, they offered me a $25 charge for late check out until 1:30. Hilton Honors Gold and Diamond are supposed to be able to get late check out for free if it is available. Clearly it IS available if they are wanting tho charge me for it. I declined. Noting the empty parking lot, I sent back through the app to ask if they are really so full they cannot honor the Hilton Honors late check out. They finally decided they could "waive" the fee for me. Never mind that it is supposed to be a benefit because of your status with the hotel chain. There is no evening reception because of Covid, yet other Embassy Suites (Tucson for example) are doing a nice but safe reception. There is no hot breakfast either, you get a packaged danish, a yogurt, a granola bar, and a small packaged orange juice. The Embassy Suites Tucson offered three hot items for you to choose, and several cold items that you could go through a socially distanced line and pick up to take back to your room. This hotel is just cutting service to cut cost. Overall, I definitely will not return durning Covid, and it will be a hard sell to get me back even once this is all over.

Dear loyal Hilton Honors guest, Thank you for your review. I was quite disturbed to read about the concerns associated with your recent stay at our hotel. I deeply apologize. We do have an extensive preventative maintenance program to ensure our case goods and our showerheads are in great condition as one would expect from a Hilton product. In this case we are reviewing how your room may have been missed or if we need to reevaluate our process. Our evening reception will be coming back online as soon as possible. This time has been very challenging and we are incredibly excited for when we will be able to offer this to you again as well as our other guests. Please understand that we are making every effort to bring back everything as it was before the pandemic. Properties that are located in different states may have different offerings based on the State and County guidelines. I thank you for your comment on our “clean” We do focus on our Hilton CleanStay initiative to ensure the health and safety of all our guests. I would like to express my appreciation for bringing these matters to our attention. We are most concerned with the satisfaction of all our guests and feedback such as you have provided is of great value to us. This allows us to insure and improve the quality of service we offer future guests and it is my sincere hope that you will be among them. Please come back again and see the quality and standards Hilton is known for. Thank you

If I could give Sandie the manager, Jesse the Hotel Clerk and Austin another Hotel Clerk 5 stars for great customer service I would. I’d give them all tens. I only rated the Hotel poorly because of the overall experience I had with one person that worked there. I wrote a review about that on yelp. I came here to say that despite the horrible experience I had with this individual and the fact that we did not get to experience the Hot Air Balloon ride because of this one particular individual and at the end of the experience with her and us not having anywhere to stay, the three I named made everything better. Sandie was very empathetic towards the situation and has the best customer service and skill and she assured me that is not the practice of the staff of Embassy Suites. Jesse works well under pressure, is kind, knowledgeable and would make a great Supervisor, Manager or Assistant Manager one day. He was left to handle a whole lot with a lot of people in the lobby while the individual that made our experience bad stayed in the back and offered little to no help at times but Jesse kept his professionalism and smile and we all appreciated that. Austin helped me online and was just pleasant and helpful. If I could take these 3 people and have them train other workers on how to treat guest and customer service I would because they hands down made everything wrong, right. If you’re in Temecula I would say do your research on Hotels in the area and choose wisely. Embassy is convenient because it’s right off of the 15fwy and it was close to the Hot Air Balloon Ride location even though we did not get to do it. If you do stay at Embassy Suites you will definitely be in good hands with Jesse, Sandie and Austin.

Dear valued guest, First I would like to say Happy Birthday for your cousins 40th Birthday! Thank you for taking the time to write. Please accept my deepest apologies for your disappointment in one of our team members. To compound matters you were unable to enjoy your balloon ride. I want to assure you that your experience is certainly not typical of the quality of service and hospitality we offer our guests and corrective steps have been taken, as a result of your letter, to preclude a recurrence to future guests. It is our goal to consistently provide the highest quality in both product and service, and it is vital to our continued success to know when we have fallen short of our own high standards. Let me simply say that all of us here at the Embassy Suites Temecula are able to provide a much better and more pleasant experience for our guests than what you had the misfortune of experiencing. I do wish to thank you for the kind comments on several of our team members and I will be sure to let them know. Great comments like that really help us to recognize our key players. Please give us another shot as we do hope you will be able to come and visit us again and enjoy your plans of the HOT air balloon.. Or simply to relax in our pool or take a trip to a local winery. Thank you

1) When we first arrived to our room, I noticed that there were MULTIPLE SMALL BLACK HAIRS in the BATHTUB! They were located on MORE THAN ONE AREA of the bathtub. This puzzled us as to how this could be IF the bathroom was properly cleaned after the prior guests. HOW COULD THIS HAVE BEEN MISSED WHILE CLEANING? This made us question the entire cleanliness of the whole room in general. 2) When the concern was brought up to the front desk, we were then given an entirely different room. We then had to gather our bags and return to the front desk once again to retrieve our new room keys. This was very frustrating as this cut into the much needed time we needed to prepare for a meeting we needed to attend and were already running late (due to delayed flight that day). 3) With the new room, it appeared to be cleaned better. However, there was NO IRONING BOARD! Once again, another issue as a mandatory staple of the room was missing! We had to call the front desk once again and had to wait 20 minutes for an ironing board although staff from house keeping was visibly seen in the hallways and they were very loud. This peaked our frustration as this inhibited us from being able to prepare for our meeting on time. Overall, this was a very poor experience. The lack of cleanliness and effiency of the hotel was very frustrating. This caused unnecessary stress and frustration. The lack of cleanliness questions the hotel's concern for the safety of its customers. I will not use this hotel ever again and would not recommend it to other travelers.
