This was a very pleasant 4 day stay. It started with making a reservation with the staff at the resort. Very helpful and friendly. At check in we were given information on area attractions, restaurants, shops along with discounted coupons to wineries in the area. The grounds were beautiful and so relaxing. We had our fur baby with us and there were many grass areas to walk her. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We had happy hour and breakfast at their restaurant. Both experiences were top notch. We also played 9 holes of golf one afternoon, along with enjoying the pool and hot tub. Although the resort is older, the property is beautifully kept. The entire staff, for our time we were here, was amazing. So friendly and helpful. They work very hard to make sure your stay is a great experience.

Hotel's Favorite
The best thing about this property are the people that make up the staff. From the front desk, grounds and room caretakers, golf facilities, to the restaurant they all showed genuine concern and willingness to go the extra mile. All seemingly in a great mood. We had literally just stepped out of our car when we ran into a staff member returning to the main reception area. I personally left that conversation in a better mood as we were laughing and connecting on a personal level. Guess what ? They're ALL like that! Its a gorgeous property and that includes the golf course itself. The pool and gym were closed at the time for renovations. A good time to do it since it was cold for the time we were there. Room was large, clean and quiet. Beds very comfortable. You need to go.

This review is for the staff and experience of the Welcome Party we hosted at TCI. We hosted a welcome party for 36 guests for our son’s wedding last night in Sage, one of their banquet rooms, followed by a larger gathering of 60 for desert and cocktails in the Plaza, a beautiful outdoor space along the golf course. Everything exceeded our expectations, including food, service and staff. Erika, Diana, Kelly and the team, including Angela, were terrific to work with. (I can’t recall all the servers names, but everyone was terrific. Pre event planning was easy and email response time was minimal. During the event, any little request was met with urgency and graciousness. The only thing that could use some improvement was the indoor space which looked a bit tired. However, this did not impact the success of the event. I would not hesitate to host another event at TCI.

This is a picture of the toilet when we arrived. Labor Day weekend was expensive, $400/nt. Before posting the review I have reached out several times to management to make this right with no response.

We were able to check in early, and the receptionist couldn’t;t have been more expert at her position, as well as very nice to talk with. We were given a wonderful room overlooking the golf course, The room was big, roomy, and felt almost like a suite. The restaurant and bar was a highlight. Food was very good. We loved just about every minute of our stay and will definitely stay again. Only two minor issues: traffic noise is rather loud, so keeping the patio door open at night to sleep wasn’t an option. And the buildings housing the guest rooms do need a bit of renovation. It was definitely nothing we were concerned about. Everything was so clean and people seemed to take good care of the property.

Came for the unlimited weekday golf package and didn't disappoint. The golf experience provided driving range balls, golf cart, and a round of golf for 2 people as part of the cost of the hotel room. The hotel itself is a bit older but was clean with polite staff that had an amazing view of the surrounding golf course. It can be noisy at certain points due to the cars and traffic on the I-15 freeway. The golf course itself is comprised of 3 different 9 hole courses. So a round of 18 is comprised of 2 out of 3 available courses of Oak, Creek, and Stone House. Each different and unique and provide a unique 18 holes each time we played. The convenience of waking up, hitting the course and then returning to your room or having a meal at their Cork Fire restaurant is worth the trip.

The staff were especially nice. They have a great restaurant on site. Nice view of the golf course. A shuttle to the nearby casino is convenient. In the morning we ate breakfast at Toast which was super yummy.

The rooms are horrible. Stay away. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation and extreme updating. I refused to let my feet touch the floor. Everything felt gross and run down. The restaurant was nice, other than that I would not visit this property!

Stay Away deceitful practices!!! We all stayed here for a wedding and had a room block. Much to our dismay they changed the rates so they only honored the room block rate for a few of our party members. What was worse was the total inconsistency - the rate was honored for all nights for some. We called assuming it was a small mistake they’d fix, but they dug in and insisted on up charging us. Very let down and would recommend staying away at all costs.

This is an overpriced motel. When we arrived for check in (a few minutes past 4pm) we were told our room was not ready - our room was not ready for another hour. Do you think they somehow compensated us for the inconvenience? No, they actually sent a check out message stating to make sure we checked out on time because they were fully booked - the audacity. The rooms are clearly old and have not been kept up. The small and air stuffy. The water in our rooms did not properly drain, creating a disgusting puddle at the bottom of the tub. Also, keep in mind this is a popular golfing location so you may not even find parking near your room because all the golfers take them. We regretted so much not booking our getaway earlier so we could snag a better hotel. Would not stay here again.
