At checkout, I told the Front desk to charge the resort fee for my room and 3 other rooms where my guests were staying to my credit card--they noted the room numbers and said they would do that and send me an email but they did NOT. They just charged the resort fee to the guest's credit card on file--and the guests texted me about the charge --which was very embarrassing as I was hosting them. I called the next day (May 31) and they said they would reverse those charges and put them on my credit card and would email me a Credit card authorization form to do that but they did NOT email me. So very poor front desk and customer service experience--no follow through. They did not even offer me any compensation for the embarrassment that I faced from my different guests in those rooms and the hassle I went through for following up on this issue whih is still unresolved. …

Hotel's Favorite
We chose this location for a quick couple's get-away weekend and were blown away by the grounds! Breathtaking and walk-able, the pool area was our hang-out for the weekend, staff was attentive and helpful with wine recommendations. There was so much to see/do, but our trip was more about quality time together, so we took advantage of the villa room and the patio area our room had. Truly felt transported and will visit again.

We loved our stay here. Great location and Beautiful grounds. Nice pool and spa. Highly recommend staying here. Restaurant was delicious too - a little expensive but nice for ambience. Wine was tasty. We will be back!

Good winery, big rooms, quiet stay. stayed for a wedding in May 2023. Overall a very good time . Restaurant and wait staff very good. Food good. Prices fair. We stayed for two nights and if in the area would stay there again.

My fiancé and I had such a wonderful time here. The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel comfortable and cared for. Someone immediately helped us with our bags and check-in upon arrival. The lodgings were nice and clean, the view from our room was lovely, and the food at the Vineyard Rose Restaurant was amazing. We did not have much time for the full wine tasting and spa experience, but we had such a great time during our short trip that we are planning to come back again for a longer stay.

We stayed there for our minimoon and absolutely loved it! The spa was incredible! We stayed in a villa and it was well worth it to have your own private area. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to do something special for a special occasion.

This place is not as luxurious as it appears. The hotel is dated. A/C is wall mounted. There is only 1 restaurant. No small cafe apart from the restaurant/bar. The pool ran out of towels the 2 times we went. No complimentary wine. I was expecting more for what we paid.

This place is amazing, wine is terrific, spa was very clean and well maintained, Villa was very clean, restaurant was great food and service was fantastic. We went to the Temecula Balloon and wine festival and it was super close easy to get to. Their wine is fantastic and recommend the 7 siblings.

The grounds of the hotel are absolutely beautiful. Everything is immaculately taken care of. We stayed in a villa, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.
