We would not have stayed here if we could have found somewhere else to stay. Upon arrival at the Inn, the young man in the front office were barley civil and we felt like we imposing on his lifestyle. The room was large, but had the feeling that it needing a good cleaning, there was a refrigerator, LED television and the complimentary wireless Internet that worked well, but our room was next door to the office! Unfortunately, the outdoor pool and a spa tub were icy cold, and a little misty, so we did not venture into them. The complimentary breakfast was served in the small office, by an old foreign gentleman of the same ethnic origin as the sign in clerk. He grudgingly through a bag of bagels into a container and placed some pre packed cream cheese packets next to it. Having spent a lot of time traveling in the middle and far east, and staying in a few third world Hotels, this place had the same frugally run family Business feeling about it. We will never stay in this place again, no matter how close it is to down town. Fortunately for us the Embassy suites had rooms available the next day, but we still did not feel really clean till we had checked in and taken a shower. TIP: If you have trouble climbing stairs or are a light sleeper do not book a room here no matter how cheap it is.…
I checked into this hotel for a business trip for 8 days. The 1st morning I was here I received a hard knock on my door telling me it was check out time. I had paid through all 8 days and had the receipt to prove it. Front staff said they'd call me once it was corrected. No call whatsoever. Had my key extended for 1 day and then had to go to the front desk for it to get extended for what I paid for. This evening I had to go down again as Carina from the front desk extended it a day short. Staff paces up and down the parking lot and just makes you feel entirely uncomfortable. Needless to say i'm NEVER staying here again and I've lodged a formal complaint with Choice Hotels. Lastly I asked to speak to the manager and for some reason they were always in San Francisco.
Felt like I was in a third world country, Nasty-Horrific hotel. BLOOD STAINS ON TOILET, Bed sheets were OBVIOUSLY UNCHANGED-- soiled and had hair on them from previous customer (s). Desk clerk was unable to find clean sheets, Bathroom had stains on toilet, very dirty and poor finish work, minimal water pressure for shower, coffee maker did not work, bed was full of stains and bent in the middle, totally disgusting place. Asked for a refund and clerk said they would try to reach their manager but unable to make a decision. Loud Music from bar across the street made it impossible to sleep, Called Police who appeared but said the bar had a "Noise Permit" allowing them to play music late. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST, WE ARE HOPING WE DID NOT CATCH A DISEASE FROM THE FILTH. UNABLE TO SLEEP MORE THAN AN HOUR OR TWO, NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!…
This place is ugly! It looks like a place that rents by the hour. It look much better, on Travelocity. You cannot check in till 2 or 3 and then check out by 11 the next day. You don't even get a full 24 hours! We were there for a wedding and we're not allowed to check in until 3. We got to the beautiful wedding by 4 ! And they don't mention you will probably have to park in some dirt parking lot at the edge of town., really! They neglected to mention that on Hotel.com. Tried to get our money back but they refused. We ended up paying for another hotel and this dump hotel! Stay away! Stay away! Stay away!
This is not a place for seniors unless you can book a first floor room. Outside stairs to 2nd floor. The receptionist was cold and would help me bring my bag up the stairs. The entire place needs to be updated. Do not recommend.
