This place is awesome! We have stayed at the Inn a few times and have been wine club members at Ponte Winery for about 18 years. The winery, the hotel and the restaurants were just as good as they have always been. Our room with a view into the vineyards was beautiful and the bedding was extremely comfortable. We especially want to give extra kudos to Jackie in the Restaurant at Ponte and Macy in the Cellar Bar for their great service. Phenomenal service, great food and great wines made our most recent Valentines week stay very memorable. We look forward to our next visit to Ponte!

Wow, this place is beautiful. The grounds and hotel were immaculately clean, the employees all super nice and friendly. The hotel room we had was on the second floor and our balcony overlooked the vineyards. Absolutely breathtaking views. We left our balcony doors open and just stood in awe of the gorgeous scenery. The bed, pillows and linens were dreamily comfortable and the bathroom was large and had lots of extra amenities we appreciated, like makeup remover towelettes and moist towelettes next to the toilet paper. A complimentary bottle of wine and water bottles were icing on the cake.

We had drinks in The Cellar the one night we stayed. It was a little pricey but the drinks were really good and had unique inventive recipes. There was a man playing live music, very chill. The following morning we ate breakfast on the patio and it was delicious.

I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit Temecula. It is perfection. I intend to come back, all the way from Virginia!!!!

We stayed here July 4th weekend desparately needing a getaway due to Covid-19 lock down. This is exactly what we needed. The bed was comfortable, the Staff members were all very nice and courteous. We ate breakfast here everyday and it was wonderful to be able to eat somewhere and feel safe at the same time. All staff members wore masks. The room was cleaned before we arrived and the only time house keeping came was when we requested them to in order to keep people from coming in the room unnesarily which we loved during these times. The pool was awesome, also not crowded. They had music in the courtyard and by the pool and snacks and drinks including wine to purchase by the pool or in the courtyard also, not crowded at all and very relaxing. You can have postmates or Grubhub deliver food for contactless delivery to your room as well. We will definitely be back. If you want to do wine tasting, make sure you reserve in advance as they fill up. We took a wine tasting tour from grapevine that picked up here which worked perfectly for us.

I’m not one for writing reviews however I found this hotel and its staff to be exceptional! We have stayed at another wine country hotel before but elected to do something different this time.

First, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable with views that are second to none (and it is winter!). I greatly appreciate the separate toilet from the shower/sinks -a feature too many places lack.

We had made reservations in Old Town Temecula for dinner but canceled when we realized the menu and style at Bouquet (in the hotel). The meal was delicious and service A+! We were disappointed the Cellar Lounge (downstairs bar) was closed for renovations but were delighted to find a cool bar outside surrounded by heaters, live music and friendly/fun staff.

The winery at Ponte is on the property for wine tasing and another restaurant which we will try for lunch very soon. The wine was great and tasting room was fun, lively and like the hotel, staffed well. The “sister winery”, Bottaia, is down the road and VERY different -MAKE RESERVATIONS! Everything about the place is high-class and unique to our local wine country.

We are looking forward to doing this again when the vines are green! We will be adding pool time to the weekend as well as the Bottaia Blending lab (make your own wine!)

It's great to be out! Some changes like wearing masks and hand sanitizer. It was great to see friends/staff again at Ponte Winery. Caitlin helped with my reservations and fulfilled all our needs from a balcony room and my winter package included a bottle of wine and 6 chocolate cover strawberries. Again, the staff are always making us feel at home. Sara is also helpful in my reservations to the Bouquet Restaurant where the menu is delicious. Jason served our needs when we dined. We had our evening coffee and cheesecake by the firepit. We spent the weekend listening to the jazz music of Jason Weber. Can't wait to go back for another relaxing weekend.

Had a lovely visit with a couple friends. Location was great since it is in the middle of the wine trail so it is close to most wineries. All the rooms have a patio/balcony with views of the vineyard; we even saw some hot air balloons in the mornings. Staff was very friendly. At check-in we received a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. Breakfast was served at the pool bar with lots of available tables that were spaced out for distancing and the food was delicious. The pool was nice to have after a hot day. Also enjoyed the fire pits in the courtyard as a nice place to hang out with friends before going to bed.

There is vast amount of parking, and upon entering the Inn, you are welcomed by the beautiful architecture. The hostess was welcoming and professional. Our room oversaw the courtyard and it was quite a beautiful view of greenery, even though we are in a time of quaratine I felt safe. The room itself was clean and had no lingering smells of any sort, the inn offers a coffee nook, wine glasses, and a wine opener for your convenience and we took those to our advantage. The shower was enormous and we had no trouble with the water, additionally they have refillable shampoo, conditioner and body wash, very eco-friendly! The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains were appreciate. We will definitely be returning to Ponte

Nice clean facility, well kept grounds and beautiful pool. However, wish I would have known food had to be ordered with any drink at the pool ($4 fries are the go to order), wish I would have known the restaurant closes as 5 pm, wish I would have known the 2nd floor balcony has solid walls and a tall wood railing with only minimal slots to the space was hot and when sitting could not see over the railing, wish I would have known they gave us an Accessible room when they handed us the keys, wish I would have known the food credit of $30 had to all be used at one time. Location is great in the wine country.

Dear LA_Tazz, I am sorry to hear that you had a different expectation of your stay with us. Looks like the handicapped room was booked online but when available, we can certainly look at changing room types that our guests book online. With the ever-changing restrictions surrounding COVID19, we are certainly doing our best to adapt and share the most up to date information with guests when we can. I hope you find your next visit more enjoyable. Warm regards

The guest rooms had everything we needed. A mini frig (no microwave) beautiful bathrooms, robes, slippers, linens, and a wonderful patio with a view. The beds were very comfortable, and the ice machine was very near our room. We preordered a bottle of wine that was placed in our frig upon our arrival. We loved our stay and would go back, even though it's expensive. Very classy place with good food and wine.
