Stayed for one night. Reasonably quiet. Typical motel decor, which included a desk. Plenty of conveniently located power outlets. Room amenities include fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The wall AC unit was unplugged, with the power jack behind a heavy piece of furniture. The AC was very loud. Comfortable bed and pillows. Shower with good water pressure. Good complimentary wifi. Easy parking. Other annoyances: The front door handle was loose and came off. The key card quit working after a couple of hours (it had not been anywhere near a cell phone).
These are the nights I am so happy for Trip Advisor! Not sure I would've opted for this non-chain motel without the great reviews. It completely lived up to my expectations! This is a no frills motel, but has everything I expected and required. Very clean, great bed & pillows, microwave/fridge/coffee pot in room, good tv with many channels (including ESPN & sports channels, not sure what that other guy was talking about), decent free WiFi, well-maintained, decent sized King room with desk & sitting chair, lots of outlet plug-ins, good customer service at front desk & fairly quiet despite being conveniently located right off the highway. An extra perk is that you are 0.4 miles from Old Town Temecula which has nightly music, pubs, restaurants and unique, independent shops. I am right next to the Best Western which cost $80 more per night. Denny's & Alberto's right across the street, but I recommend walking to Old Town for a variety of eats, shopping & music.…
Very nice place, rooms are clean, nice size for 2 people, really quiet considering it’s next to the freeway, would definitely stay here again, out of the way, area seemed nice, just about 10 minutes from the wine country
We stayed here for 7 days in June 2019. It was a nice hotel and they kept it well. The owner/managers were very nice until we had a problem. The local Adidas Outlet had a big sale and we bought over $1500 of clothes for my son to go back to school. All clothes had tags on them. I put them in the drawers in the room. When we checked out, my son forgot to clean out the drawers, so we called them as soon as we realized we had left the clothes. I called the owner/manager. He said they did not have the clothes or know anything about them. The room had been flipped twice since our stay, so either the housekeepers took the clothes or the housekeepers did not check the drawers when they cleaned after us and a subsequent guest took the clothes. The owner/manager said he trusted his housekeepers explicitly, but I suggested maybe the housekeepers didn't check the drawers and the next guest(s) took the clothes. He was not willing to help try to track down the clothes, just said "We are not responsible" - which of course, they aren't, by the letter of the law. But we don't have a lot of money and these clothes were my son's entire wardrobe for 8th grade. I hope whoever took the clothes back for a refund or kept them for themselves enjoyed the clothes. Regardless, I would dissuade you from staying here in case a problem arises. The value of a hotel is not in the "good times" - it's when there is a hiccough. That's when you find out what kind of organization it is.…
This hotel is cute from the outside, adequate accommodations for a night, great location near freeway access. Tried to drop off our luggage in the morning so we didn't have to drive around with it but was told they don't have storage facilities and didn't want to be responsible. Was told rudely by the manager, but it could be her cultural ways. Had a pleasant check in later with an indian guy. The room was large with a microwave and fridge, small love seat and a desk. Ok so here it comes lol! The bed was hard and pillows were weirdly flat, wished I brought my own. Cigarette burn on bedspread, right in plain site too! Bathroom had lots of room. Hairs on the floor behind the door where you face when sitting on the toilet gross!. Heat/ac worked and can be loud. Free parking. Unheated pool, no jacuzzi. No breakfast. This place could really use someone to care for it.…
